الخطوط الجوية الكويتية: 13 رحلة يومية إلى الدوحة لمشجعي كأس العالم

Doha: Kuwait Airways has announced that it would operate 13 daily flights to Doha to transport football fans attending the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. The number of flights would decrease as the tournament progresses.
In a press statement, Kuwait Airways CEO Maen Razouqi said: “Kuwait Airways Holidays offices and the 171-call center would offer packages that would include tickets for the matches and flights starting from KD 200 (around USD 649).”
After booking the tickets and flights, clients should enter these details into the Hayya card application to enable them to attend matches, Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) quoted Razouqi.
Razouqi added: “Qatar would be handling the transportation of fans to and from the venues free of charge and through the Hayya application. The FIFA World Cup organizing committee had specified regulations concerning luggage, therefore, travelers are advised to bring only carry-on baggage during their trip.”
Economy class travelers are allowed to carry luggage not exceeding 7 kg, while business and first class are allowed to carry bags not exceeding 10 and 15 kg respectively, he noted.
“Those who have extended their stay in Qatar are allowed to bring a suitable amount of luggage and could book their tickets according to the regular flights between Kuwait and Doha,” said Razouqi.

الدوحة: أعلنت الخطوط الجوية الكويتية أنها ستسيّر 13 رحلة يومية إلى الدوحة لنقل مشجعي كرة القدم الذين يحضرون كأس العالم لكرة القدم قطر 2022. وسوف ينخفض عدد الرحلات مع تقدم البطولة.
وقال الرئيس التنفيذي للخطوط الجوية الكويتية معين رزوقي في تصريح صحفي: “ستقدم مكاتب عطلات الخطوط الجوية الكويتية ومركز الاتصال 171 باقات تشمل تذاكر المباريات ورحلات تبدأ من 200 دينار كويتي (حوالي 649 دولاراً أمريكياً)”.
ونقلت وكالة الأنباء الكويتية (كونا) عن رزوقي أنه يتعين على العملاء إدخال هذه التفاصيل في تطبيق بطاقة “هيّا” بعد حجز التذاكر والرحلات، ليتمكنوا من حضور المباريات.
وأضاف رزوقي: “ستتولى قطر نقل المشجعين من وإلى الأماكن مجاناً ومن خلال تطبيق “هيّا”. وقد حددت اللجنة المنظمة لكأس العالم FIFA اللوائح المتعلقة بالأمتعة، لذلك ينصح المسافرون بإحضار الأمتعة المحمولة فقط. خلال رحلتهم “.
وأشار إلى أنه يسمح للمسافرين على الدرجة السياحية بحمل أمتعة لا تزيد عن 7 كيلوغرامات، بينما يسمح لرجال الأعمال والدرجة الأولى بحمل حقائب لا تزيد عن 10 و 15 كيلوغراما على التوالي.
وقال رزوقي: “يُسمح لمن مددوا إقامتهم في قطر بإحضار كمية مناسبة من الأمتعة ويمكنهم حجز تذاكرهم وفقاً للرحلات المنتظمة بين الكويت والدوحة”.
