Real Estate Trading Volume at Over QR 161 Million in Week

Doha: The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts at Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice during the period from 26 March to 30 March 2023 reached QR161,707,119.
The weekly bulletin issued by the Department shows that the list of real estate properties traded for sale has included vacant lands, houses and commercial buildings.
Sales operations were concentrated in the municipalities of Al Wakrah, Al Daayen, AL Rayyan, Doha, Al Khor and Al Dakhira, Al Shamal, Umm Slal, and Al Sheehaniya.
The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered in the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice from March 19 to 23, 2023 reached QR 284,628,474.

الدوحة: بلغ حجم تداول العقارات من خلال عقود البيع المسجلة لدى إدارة التسجيل العقاري بوزارة العدل خلال الفترة من 26 مارس إلى 30 مارس الماضي، 161 مليونا و707 آلاف و119 ريالا.
وذكرت النشرة الأسبوعية الصادرة عن الإدارة أن قائمة العقارات المتداولة بالبيع شملت أراضي فضاء ومساكن وعمارة تجارية ومبنى تجاريا.
وتركزت عمليات البيع في بلديات الوكرة والظعاين والريان والدوحة والخور والذخيرة والشمال وأم صلال والشيحانية.
تجدر الإشارة إلى أن حجم تداول العقارات في عقود البيع المسجلة لدى إدارة التسجيل العقاري بوزارة العدل خلال الفترة من 19 مارس إلى 23 مارس، بلغت 284 مليونا و628 ألفا و474 ريالا.
