How to apply for opening your own restaurant or café in Ain Hleetan Market?

Doha: The management of Ain Hleetan Heritage Market in Al Khor City announced the opening of applications for renting restaurants and cafés in the Market.

The management clarified – according to the market’s official account on Twitter – that requests will be received according to the following conditions:

The company must be Qatari and have a valid commercial license to practice one of the activities (restaurants – cafes)

And to have an existing activity and experience in this field of not less than two years

And that they pledge to commit to opening the shop within two months from the date of obtaining the shop and practicing business within two periods

And to undertake to provide services at reasonable prices and at a market-clearing price

The market management indicated that the required documents are: a copy of the registry, the business license, a copy of a valid ID, and the phone number of the owner of the establishment.

As for the submission mechanism, it is: Visiting the market to locate the shop to be rented, and filling out the application form at the market management headquarters.

The management noted that the applications will be submitted from December 9^th to December 24^th, from 8 am to 12 pm.

الدوحة: أعلنت إدارة سوق عين حليتان التراثي بمدينة الخور عن فتح باب تقديم طلبات تأجير المطاعم والمقاهي في السوق .

وأوضحت الإدارة – وفق حساب السوق الرسمي للسوق على تويتر – أنه سيتم استقبال الطلبات وفق الاشتراطات التالية :

أن تكون الشركة قطرية ولديها رخصة تجارية سارية المفعول لمزاولة إحدى الأنشطة (مطاعم – مقاهي)

وأن يكون لديها نشاط قائم وخبرة في هذا المجال لا تقل عن سنتين

وأن تتعهد بالالتزام بفتح المحل خلا شهرين من تاريخ الحصول على المحل ومزاولة العمل خلال فترتين

وأن تتعهد بتقديم الخدمات بأسعار مناسبة مع أسعار السوق

وأشارت إدارة السوق إلى أن المستندات المطلوبة هي: نسخة من السجل والرخصة التجارية وصورة البطاقة الشخصية سارية المفعول ورقم هاتف مالك المؤسسة.

أما آلية التقديم فهي : زيارة السوق لتحديد المحل المطلوب تأجيره، وتعبئة نموذج الطلب بمقر إدارة السوق .

ونوهت الإدارة إلى أنه سيتم تسليم الطلبات اعتباراً من 9 ديسمبر وحتى 24 ديسمبر الجاري من الساعة الثامنة صباحا إلى الثانية عشرة ظهرا.
