UDC Announces Financial Results for First Half of 2021

Doha: The United Development Company (UDC) disclosed the interim financial statement for the six-month period ending June 30, 2021.

The financial statements revealed a net profit of QR 157 million in comparison to a net profit of QR 101 million for the same period of the previous year.

The UDC also reported revenues of QR 1.2 billion, while the net profit attributable to the equity shareholders was QR 136 million.

The Earnings per share (EPS) amounted to QR 0.038 as of June 30, 2021 versus EPS of QR 0.025 for the same period in 2020.

Established in 1999, the United Development Company was first listed on the Qatar Exchange in June 2003. It has an authorized share capital of QR 3.5 billion and total assets of QR 20 billion as at June 30, 2021.

الدوحة: أعلنت الشركة المتحدة للتنمية عن نتائجها المالية للنصف الأول من عام 2021، حيث سجلت أرباحا صافية بلغت 157 مليون ريال قطري مقابل 101 مليون ريال عن نفس الفترة من العام الماضي، وإيرادات بقيمة 1,2 مليار ريال، في حين بلغ صافي الربح العائد إلى مالكي الشركة 136 مليون ريال قطري.

وبلغ العائد الأساسي للسهم 0.038 ريال قطري، مقابل 0.025 ريال لنفس الفترة من العام الماضي.

وتأسست الشركة المتحدة للتنمية في عام 1999، وأدرجت في بورصة قطر خلال شهر يونيو 2003، وتمتلك الشركة رأس مال مصرح به قيمته 3.5 مليار ريال قطري، وأصول إجمالية قيمتها 20 مليار ريال قطري كما في 30 يونيو 2021.
