Ministry to Accept Recruitment Requests Based on Specific Controls and Actual Need
الوزارة: إعادة استقبال طلبات الاستقدام وفق ضوابط محددة والحاجة الفعلية

Doha: The Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs announced that the applicable procedures for the process of issuing approval for labor recruitment, which were temporarily suspended due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, will be resumed as of Sunday, November 15.
The Ministry said that the system will be reopened to receive recruitment requests from companies in the first stage according to specific controls, noting that the Ministry will study each request and the extent of the company’s commitment to wages during the year and the provision of decent housing for the workers.
The Ministry indicated that the entry of new recruits will continue according to the travel and return policy of the State of Qatar specified by the Supreme Committee for Crisis Management.
The Ministry added that the Recruitment Department will issue recruitment approvals according to the actual needs of companies and establishments.

الدوحة: كشفت وزارة التنمية الإدارية والعمل والشؤون الاجتماعية أنه ستتم اعتبارا من يوم الأحد المقبل الموافق لـ 15 نوفمبر الجاري إعادة الإجراءات المعمول بها لعملية إصدار الموافقات العمالية والتي كانت متوقفة مؤقتا بسبب جائحة كورونا “كوفيد 19” .
وأكدت الوزارة أنه ستتم إعادة فتح النظام لاستقبال طلبات الاستقدام للشركات كمرحلة أولى وفق ضوابط محددة، موضحة أنه سيتم دراسة كل طلب ومدى التزام الشركة بالأجور خلال السنة وتوفير المسكن اللائق للعمالة.
وبينت الوزارة أنه سيستمر العمل بآلية دخول العمالة بحسب سياسة السفر والعودة إلى دولة قطر المحددة من قبل اللجنة العليا لإدارة الأزمات.
وأضافت بأن إدارة الاستخدام بالوزارة ستعمل على إصدار موافقات الاستقدام بحسب الاحتياج الفعلي للشركات والمنشآت.
