Designated Authorities Arrest 4 for Violating Home Quarantine Requirements

Doha: The designated authorities announced Friday that it arrested four people who violated the requirements of the home quarantine that they committed to follow in accordance with the procedures of the health authorities in the country.

This came in the implementation of the precautionary measures in force in the country, approved by health authorities represented in the Ministry of Public Health, to curb the spread of the COVID-19.

The four people are currently being referred to the prosecution, they are:

1- Taleb Jassim Kordy Al Mankhas Al Marri.

2- Jawad Ghuloum Amanallah Nathar Lari.

3- Jamal Sami Saleh Abdullah.

4- Wael Mohammed Moustafa Ahmed Hassan.

The designated authorities called on citizens and residents under home quarantine to fully commit to the Ministry of Public Health’s condition, to ensure their safety and the safety of others.

They added that anyone who violates the quarantine will be subject to article no. 253 of law no. 11 of 2004, provisions of law no. 17 of 1990 on communicable diseases, and law no. 17 of 2002 on protecting society.

الدوحة:  قامت الجهات المختصة، اليوم، بضبط 4 أشخاص خالفوا اشتراطات العزل الصحي المنزلي، وفقا للتعهد الذي التزموا من خلاله بتطبيق تلك الاشتراطات المحددة من الجهات الصحية والتي تعرّض مخالفيها للمساءلة القانونية وفقا لإجراءات الجهات الصحية في البلاد.

وتأتي عملية ضبط المخالفين إنفاذاً للإجراءات الاحترازية المعمول بها في البلاد والتي أقرتها الجهات الصحية، ممثلة في وزارة الصحة العامة والجهات المساندة لها لضمان تحقيق السلامة العامة، منعا لانتشار فيروس كورونا.

وجار إحالة المخالفين للنيابة المختصة وهم :

1 – طالب جاسم كردي المنخس المري

2 – جواد غلوم أمان الله نظر لاري

3 – جمال سامي صالح عبدالله

4 – وائل محمد مصطفى أحمد حسن

ودعت الجهات المعنية في الدولة المواطنين والمقيمين في الحجر الصحي المنزلي إلى ضرورة الالتزام التام بالاشتراطات المحددة من وزارة الصحة العامة ضمانا لسلامتهم وسلامة الآخرين.

ونبهت إلى أن كل من يخالف تلك الاشتراطات سيعرض نفسه للعقوبات المنصوص عليها وفقا لأحكام المادة (253) من قانون العقوبات رقم (11) لسنة 2004م ، واحكام القانون رقم (17) لسنة 1990 بشأن الوقاية من الامراض المعدية، والقانون رقم (17) لسنة 2002 بشأن حماية المجتمع.
