Qatar Chamber, MADLSA Issue Guide for Labour Re-Employment Platform

Doha: The Qatar Chamber (QC) in cooperation with the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs (MADLSA) recently issued a guide to inform companies how to use the Labour Re-employment Platform. The guide, which was introduced in Arabic and English, provides detailed information on how to register in the platform which was launched by the Chamber in cooperation with the Ministry with the aim of helping companies to obtain appropriate labour in a way that ensures the continuity of projects and businesses in the local market.

The guide can be found on the Qatar Chamber website and the Chambers social media pages.

The electronic platform is working through an easy interface to help companies easily find skilled labourers and shortlist candidates. The guide offers information about the registration for companies that are looking for new labour and guidelines on how to identify the candidates resumes; linking with MADLSA allows ease of labor transfer procedures in accordance with the procedures and laws followed in the country.

In this regard, the Chamber has called on companies that are searching for new employment to login to the platform and benefit from its services, where any company can search for employment available on the platform by entering the electronic platform and following the registration procedures and activating the account. Last month, the Chamber developed and updated the platform to facilitate the registration of companies operating in the country on the platform and browsing the resumes of job-seekers from labourers, professionals and employees by linking between the Chamber and the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs.

الدوحة: أصدرت غرفة قطر بالتعاون مع وزارة التنمية الإدارية والعمل والشؤون الاجتماعية، دليلا تعريفيا عن منصة تدوير العمالة للقطاع الخاص في السوق المحلي، باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، يتضمن تعريف الشركات بخطوات استخدام المنصة، وشرحا حول آلية استخدام المنصة الإلكترونية لتدوير العمالة للقطاع الخاص، والتي أطلقتها الغرفة بالتعاون مع وزارة التنمية الإدارية والعمل والشؤون الاجتماعية، بهدف دعم استمرارية الأعمال وتسهيل حصول شركات القطاع الخاص على العمالة الملائمة في السوق المحلي.

ويشتمل الدليل على شرح تفصيلي لعملية التسجيل في المنصة للشركات الراغبة في التعاقد مع عمالة جديدة، وخطوات تفعيل حساب الشركة داخل المنصة، وطريقة استعراض السير الذاتية للمرشحين، كما يتضمن الدليل طريقة تسجيل بيانات العمالة الفائضة لدى الشركات الراغبة في تسريحها، أو التي قامت بالفعل بتسريحها، بما يضمن المحافظة على العمالة الماهرة وتدويرها داخل سوق العمل.

وتعمل المنصة الإلكترونية لتدوير العمالة للقطاع الخاص من خلال واجهة سهلة الاستخدام تضمن للشركات الراغبة في التعاقد مع عمالة جديدة سهولة الوصول للمرشحين، واستعراض السير الذاتية، كما يتيح الربط مع وزارة التنمية الإدارية والعمل والشؤون الاجتماعية سهولة إجراءات انتقال العمالة وفقا للإجراءات والقوانين المتبعة في الدولة.

ودعت غرفة قطر الشركات التي تحتاج إلى عمالة جديدة، للدخول إلى المنصة والاستفادة من خدماتها، حيث يمكن لأي شركة البحث عن العمالة المتاحة في المنصة من خلال الدخول إلى المنصة الإلكترونية واتباع إجراءات التسجيل وتفعيل الحساب، وقامت الغرفة الشهر الماضي، بتطوير المنصة وإدخال تحسينات عليها، تضمنت تسهيل إجراءات تسجيل الشركات العاملة في الدولة بالمنصة وتصفح السير الذاتية للباحثين عن عمل من العمالة والمهن الحرفية والموظفين، من خلال الربط بين الغرفة ووزارة التنمية الإدارية والعمل والشؤون الاجتماعية.
