Mawater and Behavioral Health Support Center Sign Cooperation Protocol
بروتوكول تعاون بين مواتر ومركز دعم الصحة السلوكية للتوعية بالقيادة الآمنة

Doha: The Mawater Center of the Ministry of Culture and Sports signed a bilateral cooperation protocol with the Behavioral Health Support Center, with the aim of raising awareness about the concept of safe driving.
The protocol is based on exchanging experiences and information between the two parties in a way that enhances youth behavior, as the two centers organize seminars, workshops and training courses aimed at youth and all segments of society.
The Director General of Mawater Center Salem Saeed Al Mohannadi, stressed the importance of this protocol in guiding young people towards correct behaviors, especially car drivers and fans of speed and mechanical sports, and making them aware of the dangers of reckless and unsafe driving.
The Director General of the Behavioral Health Care Center Rashed Mohammed Al Nuaimi, said that programs and projects directed to youth remain a basic and vital requirement of various institutions and agencies, given the importance of this group in society and the need to raise their awareness in several areas.

ويقوم البروتوكول على تبادل الخبرات والمعلومات بين الطرفين بما يعزز سلوك الشباب، حيث يعمل المركزان على تنظيم الندوات وورش العمل والدورات التدريبية الموجهة للشباب وكافة شرائح المجتمع.
وأكد السيد سالم سعيد المهندي، مدير عام مركز /مواتر/ أهمية هذا البروتوكول في توجيه الشباب نحو السلوكيات الصحيحة، خاصة هواة قيادة السيارات ومحبي السرعة والرياضات الميكانيكية، وتوعيتهم بمخاطر التهور والقيادة غير الآمنة، موضحا أن المركزين سوف يتعاونان لإنجاز العديد من البرامج والمشاريع الموجهة لأفراد المجتمع لتأمين حياة سليمة بعيدة عن المخاطر المرتبطة بهم وصقل موهبتهم للتحول من هواة إلى محترفين.
وقال السيد راشد محمد النعيمي، مدير عام مركز دعم الصحة السلوكية، إن البرامج والمشاريع الموجهة للشباب تظل مطلبا أساسيا وحيويا من مختلف المؤسسات والجهات، نظرا لأهمية هذه الفئة في المجتمع وحاجتها للتوعية في مجالات عدة.
