Katara International Hunting and Falcons Exhibition Concludes

Doha: The fourth edition of “Katara International Hunting and Falcons Exhibition – S’hail 2020” concluded on Saturday evening at the Cultural Village Foundation Katara after five-day activities with the exhibition witnessing the participation of 120 local, Arab and international companies specializing in the field of falcons, falconry, hunting, camping, and adventure.

Participating entities unanimously agreed on the impressive success achieved by the fourth edition of “S’hail 2020” in terms of its size and diversity, the provision of all hunting equipment and sniper requirements, and the latest types of weapons and rifles.

Participating firms also praised the remarkable level achieved by the exhibition this year. Especially, its excellent organization in securing the requirements and needs of the participating companies.

The participants also expressed admiration and pleasure with the precautionary measures taken by the exhibition management which was in accordance with the highest standards of health and safety to ensure safe shopping process, such as electronic reservation, alternating the entry of visitors, permanent sanitization of booths, facilities, and corridors.

Social distancing method and electronic payment ensured that S’hail 2020 raised itself to a leadership position among international exhibitions specializing in hunting and falcons in the Middle East region. S’hail has also become an important economic and marketing platform that contributes to supporting the national economy and reviving the local market.

The exhibition was able to meet the expectations of all exhibitors and the requests of visitors from falconry enthusiasts and lovers of hunting and adventure with new, modern, and innovative hunting, falconry, and adventure supplies.

Handicraft and arts, and artists also registered a wonderful presence along the sidelines of the exhibition highlighting the longstanding Qatari heritage.

S’hail 2020 attracted thousands of visitors through its five-day activities.

The exhibition also saw the participation of ministries, institutions, and governmental and official bodies such as the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Municipality and Environment represented by the Environmental Affairs and Livestock Management Sector, the Qatar Red Crescent and Souq Waqif Hospital, which ensured comprehensive checks on the health status of the falcons before completing the purchase process, in addition to the South Reserve, and the Qatari Al Gannas Association.

The fourth edition of S’hail 2020 was held in partnership with the Social and Sports Activities Support Fund, Qatar Airways, Ooredoo, and Qatar Insurance Company.

الدوحة: اختتمت مساء الأمس، فعاليات النسخة الرابعة لـ/سهيل – معرض كتارا الدولي للصيد والصقور 2020/، الذي أقامته المؤسسة العامة للحي الثقافي /كتارا/ على مدار خمسة أيام بمشاركة 120 شركة محلية وعربية ودولية متخصصة في مجال الصقور ومستلزمات الصيد والقنص والرحلات البرية والتخييم.

وقد أعلنت اللجنة المنظمة نتائج مسابقتي المعرض، ففي مسابقة صناعة أجمل برقع فاز بالمركز الأول وجائزته ثلاثة آلاف دولار أمريكي ( falcon leather فالكون ليثر)، في حين حل سعود جمعة الكعبي في المركز الثاني وحصل على جائزة ألفي دولار، وفاز بالمركز الثالث سعد عيسى الكعبي وجائزة قدرها ألف دولار، كما فاز في مسابقة أجمل جناح مشارك، /الجناح 5.11/.

وأكد المشاركون في المعرض على النجاح الباهر الذي حققته النسخة الرابعة لـ/سهيل 2020/ من حيث حجم المشاركات وتنوعها وتوفيرها لجميع معدات الصيد ومستلزمات القنص، إلى جانب أجنحة المعرض التي احتوت على أحدث أنواع الأسلحة والبنادق الخاصة بالصيد.

وأشادوا بالمستوى الرائع الذي حققته دورة المعرض هذا العام، وخاصة طريقة الاعداد وأسلوب التنظيم الممتاز، وتأمينه لكافة المتطلبات والاحتياجات للشركات، معربين عن سرورهم بالإجراءات الاحترازية التي اتخذتها إدارة المعرض وفق أعلى معايير الصحة والسلامة لضمان عملية التسوق الآمن، كالحجز الالكتروني ودخول الزوار بالتناوب والتعقيم الدائم للأجنحة والمرافق والممرات، وفرض نظام التباعد الاجتماعي والدفع الالكتروني.

وأكدوا أن /سهيل 2020/ حجز لنفسه موقع الصدارة في خريطة المعارض الدولية المتخصصة في الصيد والصقور في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، وأصبح يشكل منصة اقتصادية وتسويقية مهمة تسهم في رفد الاقتصاد الوطني وإنعاش السوق المحلي.

واستطاع المعرض على مدار انعقاده تلبية جميع آمال العارضين وطلبات الزوار من هواة الصقور وعشاق الصيد والرحلات، حيث حرص على تقديم جميع ما يناسب متطلبات السوق، وإطلاع جمهوره على كل جديد ومبتكر في عالم الصيد والصقور ومستلزمات القنص والرحلات والتخييم، كما سجلت محلات الحرف اليدوية وورش الأعمال الفنية للفنانين التشكيليين، حضورا كبيرا على جنبات المعرض، لتسلط الضوء على عراقة التراث القطري إلى جانب المزاد الالكتروني للصقور الذي اجتذب العديد من الصقارين.

وقد شهد معرض /سهيل 2020/ العديد من الفعاليات التثقيفية والأنشطة الترفيهية، حيث شارك الزوار بفعالية الرماية بواسطة البنادق الهوائية وبنادق الشوزن، والرماية بالقوس والسهم، والتي يقدمها الاتحاد القطري للرماية، إذ أتاحت هذه الفعالية للكبار والصغار من زوار المعرض، ممارسة الرماية بالتصويب على الأهداف الثابتة وأهداف القنص الأخرى، ومعرفة نتائج الرمي فورا من خلال لوحة الكترونية، وذلك في أجواء طبعتها التسلية والفرح تستعيد تراث الآباء والاجداد.

يذكر أن النسخة الرابعة لـ/سهيل/ أقيمت بالشراكة مع عدد من الشركات الوطنية الراعية شملت صندوق دعم الأنشطة الاجتماعية والرياضية، والخطوط الجوية القطرية، وأريد، وشركة قطر للتأمين، وتميزت بمشاركة متميزة للوزارات والمؤسسات والهيئات الحكومية والرسمية مثل: وزارة الداخلية، وزارة البلدية والبيئة، ممثلة بقطاع شؤون البيئة وإدارة الثروة الحيوانية، والهلال الأحمر القطري، وغيرها.
