QIC launches Anaya Healthcare app

DOHA: QIC Anaya Healthcare, the revolutionising healthcare discount program, launched by QIC Insured has now introduced the Anaya Healthcare app.

Anaya Healthcare members can now get an overview of all the services and benefits offered under the program. Available for both Andriod and iPhone users, the app can be downloaded from Google Play Store or from the Apple AppStore.

The QIC Anaya app provides an updated list of all providers participating in the QIC Anaya Healthcare discount program and details an overview of the services and benefits offered to the members, including contact information. In addition, it also provides the location of the provider through a map.

In terms of user interface, the QIC Anaya app follows the ‘select and go’ model; members have to simply select the provider offering the medical service from a list of providers available on the app or on QIC Anaya’s website and book an appointment prior to visiting the provider. At the provider, members will only have to present their QID to secure the benefits.

Commenting on the launch of the Anaya app, Ahmed Al Jarboey, Senior Claims Manager said: “We expected Anaya to have a quick uptake in the market due to the incredible benefits it offers and we are delighted to see that the results have superseded our expectations. This in itself demonstrates that there is a strong demand for affordable healthcare that Anaya will cater to. With the use of Anaya, members will be better placed to manage their medical expenses — especially for treatments that are not covered by most insurance programs”.
Al Jarboey further said: “QIC Anaya Healthcare has attracted members from all walks of life –right from people having extensive healthcare insurances to those who do not have any medical or healthcare insurance. We had anticipated this trend as Anaya is a unique program that has no exceptions or exclusions.”

Stressing on the rationale behind the launch of the app, Ahmed said, “QIC Anaya is built around a straightforward formula, allowing everybody to take advantage of the benefits it offers.

“Right from its launch, we have been inundated with enquiries about treatments and specific services offered by the providers. In fact, this is one of the reasons we introduced the app to make it easy for our members to contact the providers and have their queries answered directly by the provider.”

وقد صرح السيد أحمد الجربوعي، مدير قسم تعويضات الحوادث من شركة قطر للتأمين “نظرا للإقبال الكبير من قبل العملاء للحصول على برنامج عناية لما يقدمه من مميزات وخدمات طبية، حرصنا من البداية على توفير أفضل سبل التواصل معنا باستخدام التكنولوجيا لذلك قمنا بإطلاق تطبيق الهاتف الجوال على متجر جوجل بلاي وأبل ستور للوصول إلى كافة شرائح المجتمع وكذلك التفاعل الإيجابي مع المتغيرات التقنية والحاجات التي تخدم مجتمعنا”.

وأضاف الجربوعي: “يتضمن تطبيق Qicعناية على إتاحة الفرصة للحصول على لمحة عامة لما يقدمه برنامج عناية للجميع ويعد هذا التطبيق الجديد ضمن عدد من الخدمات الإلكترونية التي تقدمها مجموعة قطر للتأمين للإسهام في تيسير وتسهيل الوصول إلى شبكة مقدمي الخدمات الطبية ويتميز التطبيق بتوفره على أحدث قوائم جميع مقدمي الخدمات المشاركين في برنامج عناية مع نظرة عامة شاملة على الخدمات والمزايا المقدمة للأعضاء بالإضافة إلى معلومات الاتصال وموقع كل مزود خدمة”.

وأكد الجربوعي: “عملاء برنامج عناية يمكنهم من خلال التطبيق اختيار المزود من خلال قائمة مزودي الخدمات ومعرفة الخدمات المقدمة من كل مزود ونسب الخصومات من قيمة الخدمات في مركز مقدم الخدمة”.

ويواصل السيد الجربوعي قائلاً: “شرائح عملاء برنامج عناية تتضمن العديد من الشرائح من ضمنها العملاء الذين لديهم تأمين طبي شامل ولكن وثيقة تأمينهم لا تشمل العلاجات التجميلية، وعملاء لديهم تأمين طبي ولكن ليس لديهم تغطية لخدمات الأسنان، النساء والولادة، العلاج الطبيعي، الفحص الدوري العام. أو عملاء ليس لديهم تأمين طبي وبذلك يصبح البرنامج من أحد أهم العوامل التي تخفض تكاليف الفرد للحصول على الخدمة”.
