Doha: The State of Qatar voiced strong condemnation and denunciation of the two attempts to target Abha Airport in the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In a statement on Tuesday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs considered targeting civilian installations and vital facilities an act of sabotage that violates all international norms and laws.
The Ministry reiterated the firm position of the State of Qatar rejecting violence and criminal and sabotage acts, regardless of the motives and reasons.
The statement expressed Qatar’s wishes of speedy recovery to the injured.

الدوحة: أعربت دولة قطر عن إدانتها واستنكارها الشديدين لمحاولتي استهداف مطار مدينة /أبها/ بالمملكة العربية السعودية الشقيقة.
واعتبرت وزارة الخارجية، في بيان يوم الأمس، استهداف المنشآت المدنية والمرافق الحيوية عملا تخريبيا ينافي كل الأعراف والقوانين الدولية.
وجددت الوزارة موقف دولة قطر الثابت الرافض للعنف والأعمال الإجرامية والتخريبية مهما كانت الدوافع والأسباب.
وعبّر البيان عن تمنيات دولة قطر للجرحى بالشفاء العاجل.
