Qatar Welcomes Ceasefire Agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia

Doha: The State of Qatar welcomed the agreement reached between Azerbaijan and Armenia providing for a ceasefire in the Nagorno-Karabakh region.
In a statement on Saturday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the State of Qatar’s aspiration that the ceasefire declaration paves the way for resolving the dispute between the two countries through dialogue and diplomatic means in order to preserve the interests of the two countries and two peoples.
The statement affirmed the State of Qatar’s support for the international efforts aimed at restoring security, stability and peace in the region.

الدوحة: رحبت دولة قطر بتوصل أذربيجان وأرمينيا إلى اتفاق يقضي بوقف لإطلاق النار في إقليم /ناغورني قره باغ/.
وأعربت وزارة الخارجية، في بيان اليوم، عن تطلع دولة قطر إلى أن يمهد إعلان وقف إطلاق النار لحل الخلاف بين البلدين عبر الحوار والطرق الدبلوماسية بما يحفظ مصالح البلدين والشعبين.
وأكد البيان على دعم دولة قطر للجهود الدولية الهادفة إلى إعادة الأمن والاستقرار والسلام في المنطقة.
