Education Minister visits examination centers
وزير التعليم يتفقد مراكز الاختبارات
The Peninsula – Doha:
The Minister of Education and Higher Education, H E Dr Mohammed bin Abdul Wahid Ali Al Hammadi, paid an inspection visit to examination centres at Doha Preparatory and Secondary Schools for Boys today.
During the visit, the Minister assured the smooth running of the examinations following the precautionary measures to curb the spread of COVID-19 epidemic, under the supervision of the examination board of secondary schools, the ministry tweeted.
His Excellency said that, as part of the measures taken by the state to reduce the outbreak of the coronavirus, the Ministry has taken all precautionary and preventive measures to ensure the health and safety of students, and all school staff during the examinations.
The Minister praised the close and constructive cooperation between the Ministry and other ministries and agencies concerned including Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Public Health and Ministry of Transport and Communications, in order to ensure a smooth operation of the examination taking all precautions.
His Excellency thanked the teaching and administrative bodies that carry out their work with all sincerity and a sense of responsibility, whether in setting up tests, monitoring or correction.
The Minister wished for the success.

قام سعادة الدكتور محمد بن عبد الواحد الحمادي وزير التعليم والتعليم العالي، صباح أمس، بزيارة تفقّدية لمدرستي الدوحة الإعدادية والثانوية للبنين. حيث اطمأن سعادته على حسن سير الاختبارات، وتنفيذ الإجراءات الاحترازية للحد من تفشي وباء كورونا المستجد بلجان اختبارات الشهادة الثانوية العامة التي انطلقت صباح أمس.
وصرح سعادته بقوله: «ضمن الإجراءات التي تقوم بها الدولة للحد من تفشي وباء كورونا المستجد، اتخذت الوزارة كافة الإجراءات والتدابير الاحترازية والوقائية التي من شأنها ضمان صحة وسلامة أبنائنا الطلاب والطالبات، وجميع موظفي المدارس أثناء الاختبارات، حيث قامت الوزارة بوضع المعايير والاشتراطات الخاصة بالسلامة من حيث المسافة الآمنة بين الطلاب، وتوفير بيئة آمنة وصحية لأداء الاختبارات. كما قامت الوزارة بمراعاة الظروف الحالية، وتقليل زمن الاختبار وعدد الأسئلة التي يتضمنها كل اختبار».
وأشاد سعادته بالتعاون الوثيق والبناء بين الوزارة وبين الوزارات والأجهزة المعنية بالدولة، وهي وزارات «الداخلية»، و»الصحة»، و»المواصلات»، في سبيل تأمين الاختبارات، واتخاذ جميع الاحتياطات، الأمر الذي جعل الاختبارات تسير بسلاسة وهدوء ولله الحمد.
ووجّه سعادته الشكر للهيئات التدريسية والإدارية التي تقوم بعملها بكل إخلاص وشعور بالمسؤولية، سواء في وضع الاختبارات، أو المراقبة، أو التصحيح، وأعرب عن تمنياته بالتوفيق والسداد لجميع الطلاب والطالبات.
