Lexus 2022 is available for reservations amid high turnout and controversy

Doha: Abdullah Abdulghani, the Lexus agent in Qatar, announced the opening of reservations for the purchase of the 2022 Lexus, with a new requirement that the car remains mortgaged for up to 6 months to prevent the manipulation of its prices on the black market, according to consumers.
The company tweeted on its official account on Monday that the 2022 Lexus LX can be exclusively acquired through internal financing. It indicated that the first payment of the purchase starts from 50% and the rest is in 6 monthly installments without profits, and cash sales are not accepted during the offer period.
The company offered exclusive benefits with the sale, including free maintenance for the first 1000 km and 5000 km, in addition to free thermal insulation installation, free registration, and a special price for comprehensive insurance of 2.25%.
The offer period starts from February 13 to May 12, 2022, and the company clarified that prices may vary in terms of specifications and model type.
Consumers said that the new Lexus ranges from 540,000 QR to 600,000 QR
The VIP model is sold for 595,000 QR
The (F sport) model is sold for 555,000 QR
The (LX600) model sold for 535,000 QR
In view of the agency’s new condition for the mortgage sale, meaning that the price does not include cash, with installments over 6 months and that it cannot be registered in the name of another person, consumers had different opinions over the new condition between a supporter of car protection and those who saw that the condition would not prevent the resale of the vehicle again.
Those who praised the condition on social media, said it was the best condition the dealer had put in place to maintain Lexus prices and “to save us from the black market.”
Others who saw that this condition would not prevent the resale, including the lawyer Hamad Al-Yafei, who said that there are entire villas that are mortgaged in millions of riyals and yet they can be sold, and there are a number of ways to buy the new Lexus even though they are mortgaged, including writing a cheque that is due after 6 months.
The Lexus 2022 reservation was very popular with consumers, and activists posted on Twitter photos showing the crowding for the new car.

أعلنت شركة عبدالله عبد الغني وكيل لكزس في قطر عن فتح باب الحجز لاقتناء لكزس موديل 2022 ، بشرط جديد وهو بقاء السيارة مرهونة حتى 6 شهور لمنع التلاعب بأسعارها في السوق السوداء، بحسب مستهلكين .
قالت الشركة – على حسابها الرسمي على تويتر اليوم الاثنين – إنه يمكن تملك لكزس LX موديل 2022 عن طريق التمويل الداخلي حصراً.
وأشارت الشركة إلى أن الدفعة الأولى من الشراء تبدأ من 50% والمتبقى على 6 أقساط شهرية بدون أرباح ولا يقبل البيع النقدي خلال فترة العرض.
وعرضت الشركة مزايا حصرية على البيع منها صيانة مجانية لأول 1000 كم وأول 5000 كم بالإضافة إلى تركيب عازل حراري مجاني وتسجيل مجاني وسعر خاص للتأمين الشامل 2.25% .
وتبدأ فترة العرض من 13 فبراير حتى 12 مايو 2022 ، وأوضحت الشركة أن الأسعار قد تختلف من حيث المواصفات وحسب نوع الموديل .
وقال مستهلكون إن لكزس الجديدة تتراوح من 540 ألف ريال وحتى 600 ألف ريال
موديل (VIP) يباع بـ 595 ألف ريال
موديل (F sport) يباع بـ 555 ألف ريال
موديل (LX600) يباع بـ 535 ألف ريال
وإزاء شرط الوكالة الجديد للبيع الرهني، أي أن السعر لا يشمل نقداً، والأقساط على 6 شهور ولا يمكن تسجيلها باسم شخص آخر، اختلف مستهلكون على الشرط الجديد بين مؤيد لحماية السيارة وبين من رأى أن الشرط لن يمنع إعادة بيع السيارة مرة أخرى.
وقال مشيدون بالشرط على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي: إنه أفضل اشتراط وضعه الوكيل للحفاظ على على أسعار لكزس و” ليفكونا من السوق السوداء”.
لكن هناك من رأى أن هذا الشرط لن يمنع إعادة البيع، ومن بينهم المحامي حمد اليافعي الذي قال إن هناك فللاً كاملة مرهونة بملايين الريالات ويتم بيعها، وهناك عدد من الطرق لشراء اللكزس رغم أنها مرهونة، منها تحرير شيك يستحق الدفع بعد 6 شهور.
ولاقى حجز لكزس 2022 إقبالاً كبيراً من المستهلكين، ونشر ناشطون على تويتر صوراً تظهر ازدحاماً على اقتناء السيارة الجديدة.
