Woqod’s Fahes to continue mandatory vehicle inspection till 2023 for Ministry of Interior
“فاحص” تجدد عقد أعمال الفحص الالزامي للمركبات مع وزارة الداخلية
Doha: WOQOD Vehicles Inspection (FAHES) announced Tuesday the renewal of the contract for compulsory vehicle inspection with the Ministry of the Interior.
Qatar Fuel (WOQOD) Chief Executive Officer Engineer Saad Rashid Al Muhannadi stated that; “WOQOD Vehicles Inspection (FAHES) announced that it has renewed its contract with Ministry of Interior (MOI) for carrying out the mandatory annual vehicle inspections for a period of five years (2018 2023).”
“During its past tenure, FAHES has delivered distinguished service by building more stations with latest global technology and making it more convenient for its valued customers, through the implementation of single – window system. This resulted in reducing the travelling and waiting time for renewal of registration certificate, enhancing customer satisfaction by investing in its workforce through technical training to enable it to keep up with the latest developments in testing techniques and vehicle models and technologies,” Al Muhannadi added.
WOQOD’s CEO further added, “We started the inspection service in 2003 with one permanent station in industrial area, comprising 6 lanes and 3 mobile units. Today we have geographically expanded and have 7 permanent stations across Qatar, comprising 36 lanes and 5 mobile units. WOQOD recognizes that the need to build more stations is imminent with the constantly growing population, in line with Qatar Vision 2030. Mindful of this, the contract for the construction FAHES Al Mazrooaa center has been awarded, and WOQOD is currently engaged in the planning for FAHES Mowater City project.
Al Muhannadi said, “We thank the Ministry of Interior and the people of Qatar for reposing trust in us since our inception in 2003 and we feel proud to play an active role in enhancing the traffic safety in the State of Qatar by ensuring safety and technical fitness of vehicles used on our roads.”
أعلنت شركة وقود لفحص المركبات “فاحص” اليوم عن تجديد العقد الخاص بأعمال الفحص الإلزامي للمركبات مع وزارة الداخلية.
وصرح المهندس سعد راشد المهندي الرئيس التنفيذي لقطر للوقود (الشركة المالكة لفاحص) بأن شركة وقود لفحص المركبات جددت العقد الخاص بأعمال الفحص الالزامي للمركبات مع وزارة الداخلية لخمس سنوات من 2018 إلى 2023.
وأشاد المهندي بما قدمته “فاحص” خلال فترة العقد السابقة ومستوى متميز من الخدمة من خلال قيامها بتشييد مراكز جديدة وفق أحدث التقنيات العالمية ، كما قامت بجعل أعمال الفحص أكثر سلاسة ويسرا بالنسبة لعملائها من خلال تطبيق نظام النافذة الواحدة، مما أدى إلى تقليل فترات الانتظار لتجديد الترخيص، ورفع مستوى رضا العملاء وذلك بالاستثمار في الكادر البشري وبتوفير التدريب الفني للعاملين بمراكز الفحص بغرض تمكينهم من مواكبة أحدث ما وصلت إليه تقنيات الفحص وأنواع المركبات وتقنياتها.
وأضاف أن فاحص بدأت بممارسة نشاط الفحص في عام 2003 بمركز وحيد للفحص الفني بالمنطقة الصناعية يشتمل على 6 خطوط للفحص مع 3 محطات متنقلة، أما الآن فقد توسعت جغرافيا وأصبح لديها 7 مراكز ثابتة للفحص الفني في دولة قطر تشتمل على 36 خطا للفحص و5 محطات متنقلة.
وأشار المهندي إلى أن “وقود” تدرك الحاجة إلى بناء المزيد من مراكز الفحص مع اضطراد النمو السكاني، وبما يتماشى مع رؤية قطر 2030، ومن هذا المنطلق فقد تم إرساء عقد تشييد مركز فاحص المزروعة، كما تقوم وقود بالتخطيط لمشروع فاحص مدينة مواتر.
كما قدم المهندي الشكر لوزارة الداخلية على الثقة التي أولوها لفاحص منذ بداية نشاطها في عام 2003، معربا عن فخر شركته بالدور الذي تقوم به في الارتقاء بالسلامة المرورية في دولة قطر عن طريق التحقق من سلامة المركبات المستخدمة على الطرق وصلاحيتها الفنية.
