Mahaseel markets 10 million kilos of vegetables locally in current season

محاصيل تسوق 10 ملايين كيلو من الخضراوات محلياً خلال الموسم الحالي

Mahaseel for Marketing and Agricultural Services Company, a subsidiary of Hassad, announced yesterday that it succeeded in marketing 10 million kilogrammes of vegetables in the local market, during the current agricultural season.

Mohamed Al Sadah, Hassad (pictured), CEO of Mahaseel, said: “It’s our pleasure to announce Mahaseel’s success in marketing 10 million kilogrammes  of vegetables, during the current agricultural season. Mahaseel managed to display the added value of the local produce through its production processes (sorting, cleaning, packaging and marketing) with the aim to increase the quantity and enhance the quality of local produce.”

Mahaseel, markets 30 different vegetable varieties in the local market, through 44 hypermarkets outlets around the country. Moreover, over 200 local farms are currently registered with Mahaseel to benefit from the marketing and agricultural services provided to farmers. 

أعلنت شركة محاصيل للتسويق والخدمات الزراعية (إحدى شركات حصاد) عن نجاحها في تسويق 10 ملايين كيلو من الخضراوات في السوق المحلي، خلال الموسم الزراعي الحالي.

صرح المهندس محمد السادة، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة حصاد: «يسعدنا أن نعلن عن نجاح شركة محاصيل في تخطي حاجز 10 ملايين كيلو من الخضراوات خلال الموسم الزراعي الحالي، حيث تمكّنت الشركة من إبراز القيمة المضافة للمنتج المحلي، من خلال عمليات الفرز والتنظيف والتعبئة والتسويق التي تقوم الشركة بها لدعم القطاع الخاص الزراعي وتحفيزه على زيادة الإنتاج وتحسين جودة».

منافذة

والجدير بالذكر أن الشركة تقوم حالياً بتسويق 30 صنفاً من الخضراوات المحلية، من خلال 44 منفذ بيع للمجمعات الاستهلاكية الكبرى في الدولة.

ويذكر أن أكثر من 200 مزرعة محلية منتجة قامت بالتسجيل حتى الآن مع شركة محاصيل، للاستفادة من الخدمات التسويقية والزراعية التي تقدمها للمزارعين.
