Qatar Airways: «5 options for passengers with more destinations restarted in the coming weeks»

Doha – Al-Arab: 

Qatar Airways has announced that it will provide multiple options and more flexibility to enable passengers to confidently plan their upcoming flights and travel when they are ready, with more destinations restarting in the coming weeks. “Whether you booked your ticket, or planning to do so to travel by December 31, 2020, you can count on us for the best travel solutions available. As you have entrusted us, we are always with you when you need us.” Qatar Airways added on its official Twitter account.

It noted that these options were:

(1) Keep your ticket

Passengers can keep and use their ticket when they are ready to travel with the ticket extension feature, which is two years from the date of issuance of the ticket, by contacting Qatar Airways offices or customer service centers of the company to extend the validity of your ticket.

(2) Unlimited change

The passenger can change the date of travel or destination at no extra charge, and as much as you need to, to travel by December 13, 2020. The passenger can change the destination to any other city to which Qatar Airways flies within a 5,000-mile radius of the original destination.

(3) Qmiles Replacement

You can now redeem your ticket for Qmiles and use it as you like, whether in booking flights or upgrading your travel class. Each USD of ticket value gives you 001 Qmiles valid for at least 3 years, with more flexibility to choose how, when and for who you will replace. 

(4) Additional value in the future

You can redeem your ticket with a travel voucher for future use, and get an additional 10% value. Vouchers are valid for two years from the date of issuance of the voucher.

(5) Refund of the ticket as originally paid in case the flight is cancelled.

أعلنت الخطوط الجوية القطرية توفير خيارات متعددة ومرونة أكثر تمكن المسافرين من التخطيط بكل ثقة لرحلاتهم القادمة، والسفر عندما يكونوا جاهزين، وذلك مع إعادة تشغيل المزيد من الوجهات في الأسابيع المقبلة

وأضافت عبر حسابها الرسمي على تويتر: “سواءً حجزت تذكرتك، أو تخطط لحجزها للسفر بحلول31 ديسمبر2020،  يمكنك الاعتماد علينا من أجل أفضل حلول السفر المتوفرة. وكما عهدتنا، نحن دائماً معك عندما تحتاج إلينا”.

ونوهت إلى أن هذه الخيارات هي: 

(1) احتفظ بتذكرتك

حيث يمكن للمسافرين الاحتفاظ بتذكرتهم واستخدامها عندما يكونوا جاهزين للسفر مع ميزة تمديد صلاحية التذاكر، والتي تبلغ سنتين من تاريخ إصدار التذكرة.، وذلك من خلال الاتصال بمكاتب “القطرية” أو مراكز خدمة العملاء الخاصة بالشركة لتمديد صلاحية تذكرتك.

(2) تغيير غير محدود

يمكن للمسافر تغيير موعد السفر أو الوجهة بدون رسوم إضافية، وبقدر ما تحتاج للسفر بحلول 13 ديسمبر 0202. يمكنه تغيير وجهة السفر إلى أية مدينة أخرى تطير إليها الخطوط القطرية ضمن نصف قطر يبلغ 5000 ميل من الوجهة الأصلية.

(3) استبدال الكيومايلز

يمكنك الآن استبدال تذكرتك بقيمتها من الكيومايلز واستخدامها كما تريد، سواءً في حجز الرحلات، أو ترقية درجة السفر. كل دولار أمريكي من قيمة التذكرة يمنحك 001 كيومايلز صالحة لمدة 3 سنوات على الأقل، مع مرونة أكثر لاختيار كيف ومتى ولمن ستقوم باستبدالها.  

(4) قيمة إضافية في المستقبل

يمكنك استبدال تذكرتك بقسيمة سفر لاستخدامها في المستقبل، والحصول على 10% قيمة إضافية. القسائم صالحة لمدة سنتين من تاريخ إصدار القسيمة.

(5) استرداد قيمة التذكرة كما تم دفعها بالأصل في حال تم إلغاء الرحلة.
