After the success of experiments on humans.. China prepares to produce 100 million doses of Coronavac vaccine

In the midst of an accelerated search for a vaccine or an antidote to treat the deadly coronavirus, a Chinese company has announced a Chinese vaccine to help treat Coronavirus infected people, as researchers from The Sinovac Biotech Laboratory in Beijing revealed that the company is preparing to produce 100 million doses of vaccine that has just begun to be humanly tested after successful animal testing.

All vaccines go through stages, including animal trials at the beginning and then the human experiment, and the company is currently conducting 4 clinical trials on the vaccine, which does not exceed half a millilitre in size after it has been proven to be effective on monkeys. According to Russia today.

In preparation for its launch in the market, the company has sent large batches of vaccine to medical authorities in China for approvals, but the company shows that it is able to produce it on a large scale in very large quantities. According to AFP. 

The company confirmed that the vaccine did not leave any obvious side effects in monkeys, and that the laboratory began experimenting on humans on April 16.

The modus operandi of the serum

Sinovak Biotech laboratory researchers gave two different doses of the vaccine to a total of eight Rhesus monkeys, and three weeks later, they inserted into the monkeys’ lungs a dose of The SARS Virus CoV-2, the virus that causes the Covid-19, through tubes below the trachea, and none of them were fully infected.

The monkeys that were given the largest dose had a good response, and 7 days after receiving the virus infection, the researchers found no traces of it in the monkeys’ lungs or pharynx. 

Thousands of bottles of vaccine produced and based on the generation of an inert parasitic element were encapsulated and packaged in white and orange bottles with the name “Coronavac” on them.

Although the company’s director confirmed and trusted that the vaccine would affect humans, Liu Peicheng did not specify when the company would be able to distribute the Chinese vaccine on the market.

في خضم البحث المتسارع عن مصل او لقاح لعلاج فيروس كورونا القاتل ، أعلنت شركة صينية عن التوصل للقاح صيني يساعد في علاج مصابي كورونا ، حيث كشف باحثون من مختبر “سينوفاك بيوتيك” Sinovac Biotech في بكين، إن الشركة تستعد لإنتاج 100 مليون جرعة من لقاح بدأت منذ فترة قصيرة بتجربته بشريا بعد نجاحه في الاختبار على الحيوانات.

وتمر جميع اللقاحات بمراحل منها التجربة على الحيوانات فى البداية ثم التجربة على الإنسان، وتجري الشركة حاليا 4 تجارب كلينيكية على اللقاح الذي لا يتجاوز حجمه عن نصف ميليليتر بعد أن أثبت نجاعته على القردة. بحسب روسيا اليوم .

واستعدادا لإطلاقه في الأسواق ، قامت الشركة بإرسال دفعات كبيرة من اللقاح للسلطات الطبية في الصين للحصول على الموافقات، إلا أن الشركة تظهر أنها قادرة على انتاجه على نطاق واسع بكميات كبيرة جدا. بحسب وكالة الأنباء الفرنسية .

واكدت الشركة  أن اللقاح لم يترك أي آثار جانبية واضحة في القردة، وأن المختبر بدأ التجارب على البشر في 16 أبريل.

طريقة عمل المصل

وأعطى باحثو مختبر “سينوفاك بيوتيك” جرعتين مختلفتين من اللقاح إلى ما مجموعه ثمانية قردة ريسوس، وبعد ثلاثة أسابيع، أدخلوا في رئتي القرود جرعة فيروس سارس CoV-2، وهو الفيروس الذي يسبب “كوفيد- 19″، من خلال أنابيب أسفل القصبة الهوائية، ولم يصب أي منهم بعدوى كاملة .

وكان للقرود التي أعطيت الجرعة الأكبر استجابة جيدة، فبعد 7 أيام من تلقيها عدوى الفيروس، لم يعثر الباحثون على أي آثار له في بلعوم أو رئتي القرود.

وجرى تغليف آلاف العبوات من اللقاح التي انتجت وتستند على توليد عنصر طفيلي خامل، وجرى تغليفها بعبوات بيضاء وبرتقالية مع اسم “كوروناڤاك” (Coronavac) عليها.

ورغم تاكيد مدير الشركة  وثقته على ان اللقاح سيؤثر في البشر ، إلا ليو بيتشنغ لم يحدد فعليا  متى ستكون الشركة  قادرة على توزيع اللقاح الصيني في الأسواق.
