FIFA invites Arab teams to participate in the 2021 Arab Cup in Qatar
فيفا يدعو المنتخبات العربية للمشاركة في كأس العرب ٢٠٢١ في قطر

FIFA has officially addressed the 22 Arab federations to participate in the 2021 Arab Cup in Qatar, which is scheduled for December 2021, one year before the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
The Arab Gulf Cup Football Federation said on Twitter that the FIFA speech confirmed that the event will have a significant impact on competitive football at the highest levels in the region, and will bring together 22 teams in two continents with the same cultures and values.”
The Arab Cup, which Qatar will hold from 1-18 December 2021, is one of the important stops Qatar will rely on a year before the World Cup, although it will not be the last rehearsal before World Cup, but it will be the largest in number if everyone is present, given the 22 participating teams, according to AS Arabia.
The increase in the number of participating teams will also be useful for the World Cup organizing committee in terms of enhancing the readiness of the facilities, teams and volunteers, as well as other logistical matters, especially as the tournament will be held on the stadiums dedicated to hosting the 2022 World Cup.

خاطب الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم “فيفا” رسميا الاتحادات العربية الـ 22 للمشاركة في بطولة كأس العرب 2021 في قطر، والتي تم تحديد شهر ديسمبر 2021 موعدا لها، أي قبل كأس العالم 2022 في قطر بعام واحد.
وقال اتحاد كأس الخليج العربى لكرة القدم في تويتر إن خطاب الفيفا أكد أنه سيكون لهذا الحدث أثرا بارزا في كرة القدم التنافسية على أعلى المستويات في المنطقة، وسيجمع 22 فريقا في قارتين تجمعهما نفس الثقافات والقيم”.
وتشكل بطولة كأس العرب التي ستنظمها قطر في الفترة من 1-18 ديسمبر 2021، إحدى المحطات الهامة التي ستعتمد عليها قطر قبل تنظيم كأس العالم بعد هذه البطولة بعام، مع أنها لن تكون البروفة الأخيرة قبل المونديال ولكنها ستكون الأكبر من حيث العدد في حالة حضور الجميع، نظرًا للمنتخبات المشاركة وهم 22 منتخبًا، بحسب موقع آس آرابيا.
كما أن ارتفاع عدد المنتخبات المشاركة سيكون مفيدًا للجنة المنظمة لكأس العالم من حيث تعزيز جاهزية المنشآت والفرق العاملة والمتطوعين، إلى جانب بقية الأمور اللوجستية لاسيما وأن البطولة ستقام على الملاعب المخصصة لاستضافة مباريات كأس العالم 2022.
