Ministry allows temporary summer camping during the weekend
الوزارة تسمح بالتخييم الصيفي المؤقت خلال عطلة نهاية الأسبوع

A number of owners of cabins and caravans called on the concerned authorities to open the way for them to camp seven days a week during the summer vacation and not to limit it to the weekend, stressing that the municipalities concerned opened the door since the beginning of this month for temporary camping with the requirement to take precautionary and preventive measures to limit the spread of the virus and prevent gatherings as well as the importance of leaving the sites clean for the duration of their stay.
They stressed that the culture of owning caravans has become prevalent among many cruise enthusiasts in order to enjoy the beaches at all days and different times, pointing out that the coincidence of the Corona pandemic with the summer vacation and the cancellation of many trips make visiting the beaches their only outlet, which requires the concerned authorities to open the door for them to camp all week long to enjoy the summer vacation with children on the beaches and practice various hobbies in swimming and fishing.
Al-Raya went to al-Wakra beach, which was reopened to the owners of caravans and cabins, where they stressed that preventing them from being in this place all week long will not prevent families from enjoying the beach, especially since the site is located between two beaches dedicated to families, as well as the presence of another beach located in the old al-Wakra market, which opens the way for that group to enjoy places where all the important services are available.
They pointed out that high temperatures do not hinder them from enjoying the beaches and camping, especially since they have air-conditioned caravans to protect them from the heat of the sun and high temperatures, as well as the need to install desert air conditioners in the outdoor areas, which help to smooth the atmosphere in the open spaces in addition to the fact that most of their time outside the caravan is on shore practicing their hobbies of swimming or fishing.
Municipalities allow temporary camping on the beaches on weekly vacations, which leads many families and individuals to bring their caravans and cabins to be present at this period in open beaches that do not include services or facilities, and municipal inspectors require campers to maintain cleanliness after identifying the owner of the camp by obtaining the name and number of the personal card, to return to him in case of any violation of the camping site.

دعا عدد من أصحاب الكبائن والكرفانات المتحركة الجهات المعنية إلى فتح المجال أمامهم للتخييم طيلة أيام الأسبوع خلال إجازة الصيف وعدم اقتصارها على الإجازة الأسبوعية، مؤكدين أن البلديات المعنية فتحت المجال منذ بداية الشهر الجاري بالتخييم المؤقت مع الاشتراط باتخاذ الإجراءات الاحترازية والوقائية التي تحد من انتشار الفيروس ومنع التجمعات فضلا عن أهمية ترك المواقع نظيفة طيلة فترة مكوثهم.
وأكدوا أن ثقافة امتلاك الكرفانات أصبحت سائدة لدى الكثير من عشاق الرحلات البحرية بهدف الاستمتاع بالشواطئ في جميع الأيام ومختلف الأوقات، لافتين إلى أن تزامن جائحة كورونا مع الإجازة الصيفية وإلغاء الكثيرين لرحلات السفر يجعل من زيارة الشواطئ متنفساً وحيداً بالنسبة لهم وهو ما يتطلب من الجهات المعنية فتح المجال أمامهم للتواجد طيلة أيام الأسبوع للاستمتاع بالإجازة الصيفية هم وأطفالهم على الشواطئ وممارسة هواياتهم المختلفة في السباحة وصيد الأسماك.
الراية توجهت إلى شاطئ الوكرة الذي أعيد فتحه أمام أصحاب الكرفانات والكبائن، حيث أكدوا أن منعهم طيلة أيام الأسبوع من التواجد في هذا المكان لن يحرم العائلات من الاستمتاع بالشاطئ، خاصة أن الموقع يقع بين شاطئين مخصصين للعائلات فضلا عن وجود شاطئ آخر يقع في سوق الوكرة القديم وهو ما يفتح المجال أمام تلك الفئة للاستمتاع بأماكن تتوفر فيها كافة الخدمات المهمة.
وأشاروا إلى أن ارتفاع درجات الحرارة لا يعيقهم عن الاستمتاع بالشواطئ والتخييم خاصة أنهم يملكون كرفانات مكيفية تقيهم من حرارة الشمس وارتفاع درجات الحرارة فضلا عن لجوئهم إلى تركيب مكيفات صحراوية في المساحات الخارجية والتي تساعد على تلطيف الأجواء في الأماكن المفتوحة بالإضافة إلى أن معظم وقتهم خارج الكرفان يكونون داخل الشاطئ يمارسون هواياتهم في السباحة أو صيد الأسماك.
وتسمح البلديات بالتخييم المؤقت على الشواطئ في الإجازت الأسبوعية الأمر الذي يدفع الكثير من الأسر والأفراد على جلب كرفاناتهم وكبائن للتواجد في هذه الفترة في الشواطئ المفتوحة التي لا تضم خدمات أو مرافق، ويشترط مفتشو البلدية على المخيمين المحافظة على النظافة بعد التعرف على شخصية صاحب المخيم من خلال الحصول على الاسم ورقم البطاقة الشخصية، للرجوع إليه في حال ارتكاب أي مخالفة بموقع التخييم.
