The Ministry of Education and Higher Education announced today the opening of e-registration for scholarships of undergraduate and postgraduate levels for the academic year 2020/2021, on the government scholarship portal.

The ministry said that the e-registration will be in two phases, starting from Tuesday, until the following Monday for students applying for the fall semester during the month of September. The second phase will be reopened from Nov 1, 2020, to Dec 31, 2020, for students applying for the spring semester.

The Ministry stressed the need to fulfil the general and special conditions for scholarships, noting that incomplete or submitted applications will not be considered after the registration is closed. Moreover, the ministry also confirmed that the process of registering at the portal and reviewing the application does not necessarily mean accepting the scholarships request.

أعلنت وزارة التعليم والتعليم العالي عن فتح باب التسجيل الإلكتروني للبعثات الدراسية لمرحلتي البكالوريوس والدراسات العليا للعام الأكاديمي 2020 / 2021، وذلك اعتبارا من اليوم على بوابة الابتعاث الحكومي.

وقالت الوزارة إنه سيتم فتح باب التسجيل الإلكتروني على مرحلتين، ابتداء من اليوم /الثلاثاء/ وحتى يوم /الإثنين/ الموافق 7- 9-2020 ، بالنسبة للطلبة المتقدمين لفصل الخريف خلال شهر سبتمبر، على أن يعاد فتح باب التسجيل الإلكتروني للمرحلة الثانية ابتداء من الأول من نوفمبر 2020 وحتى /الخميس/ 31 ديسمبر 2020 بالنسبة للطلبة المتقدمين لفصل الربيع المقبل.

وشددت الوزارة على ضرورة استيفاء الشروط العامة والخاصة للابتعاث، منوهة بأنه لن ينظر في الطلبات غير المكتملة أو المقدمة بعد إغلاق باب التسجيل، كما أكدت أن عملية التسجيل في البوابة ومراجعة الطلب لا يعني بالضرورة قبول طلب البعثة.

وأشارت إلى أنه يمكن للراغبين في التعرف على قائمة الجامعات المعتمدة للابتعاث والتخصصات المتوفرة الاطلاع عليها من خلال رابط برنامج الابتعاث الحكومي، كما يمكنهم التواصل على البريد الإلكتروني التالي للحصول على المزيد من التفاصيل: Registration.Admission@edu.gov.qa
