طالب عدد من المواطنين من رواد مناطق التخييم بالتقيد بمعايير الأمن والسلامة والالتزام بتوصيات الجهات المعنية للحفاظ على الأرواح والمكتسبات خلال الموسم الجديد الذي سيشهد وفق آرائهم إقبالاً كبيراً من قبل القطريين والمقيمين وزوار قطر على حد سواء نتيجة التخفيف من الإجراءات الاحترازية من جهة، ورغبة في الاستمتاع بما توفره البيئة القطرية من مناظر خلابة من جهة ثانية.
وشدد المواطنون على ضرورة تكثيف حملات التفتيش والتوعية داخل المخيمات وخارجها، خاصة على المحلات التجارية التي يغريها الربح التجاري على حساب أمن وسلامة الأفراد خاصة الأطفال، داعين إلى فرض لبس الخوذات قبل أي عملية تأجير للدراجات في أماكن التخييم وضرورة القيام بصيانة الدراجات قبل تأجيرها.
والمعروف أنه بعد تعديل قانون المرور الجديد تم تحديد اشتراطات معينة لكل فئة في قيادة الدراجات النارية، حيث إن بعض الدراجات تسجل دون تراخيص وبعضها تسجل وترخص، لذا هناك استخدامات خاصة للدراجات النارية خارج الطريق باشتراطات وقوانين خاصة منها الإضاءة والأنوار وضع “أريل” على الدراجة تركب عليه إنارة حتى يتسنى للسائقين الآخرين سواء الدراجات النارية أو السيارات رؤية الدراجة النارية على الكثبان الرملية من خلال هذه الإنارة المرتفعة.
