QFA Disciplinary Committee warns some technical staff for not following protocol
لجنة الانضباط في اتحاد الكرة القطري تحذر بعض الموظفين الفنيين من عدم اتباع البروتوكول
QNA – Doha:
The Disciplinary Committee of the Qatar Football Association (QFA) held its meeting via video conferencing system on Thursday.
The Disciplinary Committee issued today a decision warning some technical staff for not committing to the protocol approved for the return of football activity for the 2019-2020 season during the COVID-19 pandemic.
A warning was issued to Al Rayyan coach Diego Aguirre in accordance with Article 44 and Article 3/2/9 of the disciplinary regulations along with a fine of QR 30,000.
Another warning was issued to assistant coach of Al Sadd Oscar Hernandez in accordance with Article 44 and Article 3/2/9 of the disciplinary regulations along with a fine of QR 30,000.
The meeting was chaired by Chairman of the Committee Hassan Al Hammadi and attended by all its members. The mechanism of work during the coming period under the current circumstances was discussed during the meeting.
The latest reports issued by the QFA and Qatar Stars League (QSL) regarding recent activities and the mechanism for the return of sports activity were also discussed.
During its meeting, the Disciplinary Committee called for adherence to the instructions of the QFA and the QSL and the application of the medical protocol for the return of sports activity in a proper way that guarantees safety for all.

عقدت لجنة الانضباط بالاتحاد القطري لكرة القدم اجتماعها اليوم، عبر الاتصال المرئي برئاسة حسن الحمادي رئيس اللجنة وبتواجد كافة أعضائها، وتم خلال الاجتماع التطرق إلى آلية العمل خلال الفترة المقبلة في ظل الظروف الراهنة.
كما تم خلال الاجتماع مناقشة التقارير الأخيرة الصادرة من الاتحاد القطري لكرة القدم ومؤسسة دوري نجوم قطر والمتعلقة بالنشاطات الأخيرة وآلية عودة النشاط الرياضي.
وأصدرت لجنة الانضباط اليوم، قراراً يتمثل في توجيه لفت نظر لبعض من الأجهزة الفنية وذلك لعدم التزامها بالبروتوكول المعتمد لعودة النشاط الكروي للموسم 2019- 2020 والخاص بجائحة /كوفيد-19/ للأجهزة الفنية واللاعبين. وتم توجيه لفت نظر إلى ديغو أغيري مدرب نادي الريان وفقاً للمادة 44 والمادة 9/2/3 من لائحة الانضباط وتوقيع غرامة مالية قدرها 30 ألف ريال قطري.
وتم أيضا توجيه لفت نظر إلى أوسكار هيرنانديز مساعد مدرب نادي السد وفقاً للمادة 44 والمادة 9/2/3 من لائحة الانضباط وغرامة مالية قدرها 30 ألف ريال قطري.
وأهابت لجنة الانضباط في اجتماعها بالالتزام بتعليمات الاتحاد القطري لكرة القدم ومؤسسة دوري نجوم قطر وتطبيق البروتوكول الطبي لعودة النشاط الرياضي بالطريقة السليمة التي تضمن السلامة للجميع.
