Doha: Specialists confirmed that the services of digital government platforms played their role effectively and efficiently under precautionary measures, and worked to meet the needs of the public through accounts on social media, e-mail or telephone, and that they are able to adapt to volatile variables, and set quality dealings in the sectors of education, health, environment, food and others for the community.
They said in a survey for Al-Sharq that the state’s infrastructure is equipped for advanced electronic systems, and Qatar is a global leader in cyber and digital security, and has been characterized by its performance and service effectiveness during the period of social distancing.
They suggested updating electronic services to suit categories most in need of service transactions such as the elderly, patients and people with special needs.
Lawyer Abdullah al-Hajri: A digital structure qualified to meet the needs of the community
Lawyer Abdullah Noimi al-Hajri said that electronic service applications have met the need of the public in light of social distancing, and ministries and institutions have created multiple links related to services that are urgently needed by society.
He stressed that the state has a digital infrastructure that is qualified to include many electronic links that provide a variety of services to beneficiaries.
He said: The judicial facilities have provided many services for lawyers, clients and reviewers through electronic portals, whether in the Supreme Council of the Judiciary or the Ministry of Justice and external services centers, adding that they have played their role and proved their competence in serving the public.
Ahmed Al-Badr: Updating the electronic links of some services
Mr. Ahmed al-Badr said that updating the service network requires activating and developing electronic systems in the regions, and there are some electronic links that delay in the implementation of public requests, adding that activating the electronic experiment during two years of the epidemic shows the turnout of people and how much they need them.
He referred to proposals to develop them to strengthen electronic systems that do services and direct them to the public, noting that communication companies are significantly strong and economically robust and are able to modernize their systems well.
He stressed the community’s need for fast, easy-to-access technology and service delivery, and internet supply operations must be updated to the public because most of them work across digital platforms from their homes or other locations.

الدوحة: أكد مختصون أنّ خدمات المنصات الحكومية الرقمية أدت دورها بفاعلية وكفاءة عالية في ظل الإجراءات الاحترازية، وعملت على تلبية احتياجات الجمهور من خلال الحسابات عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي أو البريد الإلكتروني أو الاتصال الهاتفي، وأنها قادرة على التأقلم مع المتغيرات المتقلبة، وهيأت للمجتمع تعاملات نوعية في قطاعات التعليم والصحة والبيئة والغذاء وغيره.
وقالوا في استطلاع لـ الشرق إنّ البنية التحتية للدولة مهيأة للأنظمة الإلكترونية المتقدمة، وتعتبر قطر رائدة عالمياً في مجال الأمن السيبراني والرقمي، وتميزت بأدائها وفاعليتها الخدمية خلال فترة التباعد الاجتماعي.
واقترحوا تحديث الخدمات الإلكترونية لتتناسب مع فئات أكثر حاجة للمعاملات الخدمية مثل كبار السن والمرضى وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.
المحامي عبدالله الهاجري: بنية رقمية مؤهلة لتلبية احتياجات المجتمع
قال المحامي عبدالله نويمي الهاجري إن التطبيقات الخدمية الإلكترونية لبت حاجة الجمهور في ظل التباعد الاجتماعي، كما هيأت الوزارات والمؤسسات روابط متعددة لها علاقة بالخدمات التي تمس حاجة المجتمع.
وأكد أنّ الدولة تتمتع ببنية تحتية رقمية مؤهلة لاستيعاب العديد من الروابط الإلكترونية التي توفر خدمات متنوعة للمستفيدين.
وقال: إنّ المرافق القضائية هيأت خدمات عديدة للمحامين والموكلين والمراجعين عبر بوابات إلكترونية سواء بالمجلس الأعلى للقضاء أو وزارة العدل ومراكز الخدمات الخارجية، مضيفاً أنها أدت دورها وأثبتت كفاءتها في خدمة الجمهور.
أحمد البدر: تحديث الروابط الإلكترونية لبعض الخدمات
قال السيد أحمد البدر يتطلب تحديث شبكة الخدمات تفعيل الأنظمة الإلكترونية وتطويرها في المناطق، وتوجد بعض الروابط الإلكترونية تتأخر في تنفيذ طلبات الجمهور، مضيفاً أنّ تفعيل التجربة الإلكترونية خلال عامين من الوباء فإنّ إقبال الناس يبين مدى احتياجهم لها.
وأشار إلى مقترحات لتطويرها تقوية الأنظمة الإلكترونية التي تفعل الخدمات وتوجهها للجمهور، منوهاً أنّ شركات الاتصال ذات قوة ومتانة اقتصادية لا يستهان بها وهي قادرة على تحديث أنظمتها بشكل جيد.
وأكد حاجة المجتمع لتكنولوجيا سريعة وسهلة الوصول وتقديم الخدمة ولابد من تحديث عمليات إمداد الإنترنت للجمهور لأنّ الأغلب يعمل عبر المنصات الرقمية من منازلهم أو من مواقع أخرى.
