Microsoft Begins to Launch Reviews Summary Feature Via AI

Washington: Microsoft is launching a review summary feature generated by artificial intelligence (AI) in the Microsoft Store app.
The company will rely on AI techniques to analyze the reviews posted by users and then provide a summary based on them.
Microsoft explained that this feature helps to form a general impression about applications and games, the most important strengths and weaknesses, in addition to the most important advantages that users like before downloading or purchasing them.
For his part, Lead Architect of the Microsoft Store Rudy Huyn said that the AI-generated review summaries feature in the Microsoft Store is now being rolled out to Windows Insiders in the US.
A summary of the reviews can be seen by going to the page of any application or game within the Microsoft Store, then scrolling to go to the Ratings and Reviews section, where there is a summary of all reviews with an indication that the summary was generated using AI and all original reviews can be viewed in the traditional way by clicking on the See All option.
Last May, Microsoft announced a set of new features for the Microsoft Store at the Microsoft Build 2023 developer conference, including the allocation of an artificial intelligence application center within the store called AI Hub.

وأوضحت مايكروسوفت أن هذه الميزة تساعد على تكوين انطباع عام حول التطبيقات والألعاب، وأهم نقاط القوة والضعف فيها، بالإضافة إلى أهم المزايا التي حازت إعجاب المستخدمين، قبل تحميلها أو شرائها.
ومن جهته قال رودي هيون كبير مهندسي متجر تطبيقات /مايكروسوفت/، إن ميزة ملخص المراجعات المولدة بالذكاء الاصطناعي يجري إطلاقها لمستخدمي النسخة التجريبية من نظام ويندوز (Windows Insiders) في الولايات المتحدة.
ويمكن رؤية ملخص المراجعات بالذهاب إلى صفحة أي تطبيق أو لعبة داخل متجر التطبيقات، ثم التمرير للذهاب إلى قسم “التقييمات والمراجعات”، حيث يوجد ملخص لكافة المراجعات مع إشارة إلى أن الملخص مولد باستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي، ويمكن استعراض المراجعات الأصلية جميعها بالطريقة التقليدية بالضغط على خيار “See All”.
وكانت /مايكروسوفت/ قد أعلنت عن مجموعة من المزايا الجديدة لمتجر التطبيقات في مؤتمر المطورين Build 2023 في شهر مايو الماضي، ومنها تخصيص مركز لتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي داخل المتجر، أطلقت عليه اسم “AI Hub”.
