Doha Municipality closes 12 food outlets in May for violating health rules
بلدية الدوحة تغلق 12 مؤسسة غذائية في شهر مايو بسبب مخالفة القواعد الصحية
The Peninsula – Doha:
The Health Monitoring Section at Doha Municipality shutdown 12 food outlets for a period ranging between three to 30 days for violating health rules in May, 2020.
Most violations were related to preparing food in unhealthy conditions and food handlers were not carrying proper health certificates, said the Ministry of Municipality and Environment in a statement.
Municipal inspectors made 1,494 inspection visits to food outlets in which they recorded 61 violations at outlets operating across Doha Municipality in May.
The veterinary doctors checked 119,083 slaughtered animals at central slaughterhouse.
As much as 2,759 slaughtered animals were destroyed for being unfit for human consumption.

نفَّذ قسم الرقابة الصحية، التابع لإدارة الرقابة البلدية ببلدية الدوحة، خلال مايو الماضي 1494 جولة تفتيشية على المنشآت الغذائية بمختلف المناطق، أسفرت عن تحرير 61 محضر ضبط مخالفة وإغلاق 12 مؤسسة غذائية مخالفة لمدد تتراوح من 3 أيام إلى 30 يوماً، حيث كانت أغلب المخالفات نتيجة إعداد وتحضير المواد الغذائية في ظروف غير صحية وعدم وجود شهادات صحية للعاملين.
وقام الأطباء البيطريون بالقسم، خلال الشهر الماضي، بالإشراف على أعمال الذبح بالمقصب الآلي المركزي، وتم فحص 119 ألفاً و83 ذبيحة، وإتلاف كلي لعدد 2759 ذبيحة، وإتلاف جزئي لعدد 2249 كيلوجراماً من اللحوم غير الصالحة للاستهلاك الآدمي.
