“Daam” Sponsors Qatar Equestrian Federation Activities in 2023-2024 Season

Doha: The Social and Sport Contribution Fund “Daam” signed a sponsorship agreement for the activities of the Qatar Equestrian Federation & Modern Pentathlon in the 2023-2024 season.

This agreement stems from the pioneering role played by both the Fund and the joint stock companies whose shares are listed on the Qatar Stock Exchange in supporting community development and sports activities in line with the Qatar National Vision 2030.

The Qatar Equestrian Federation & Modern Pentathlon season 2023-2024 includes a number of major tournaments, including the Longines Hathab – Qatar Equestrian Tours, which began in Oct. 2023 and will continue until March 2024, and the HH the Amir’s Sword Showjumping and Dressage Championship from Feb.15 until 17, 2024.

This cooperation between The Social and Sport Contribution Fund “Daam” and the Qatar Equestrian Federation & Modern Pentathlon aims to raise the level of equestrian sports in the State of Qatar, develop the skills of Qatari and resident riders and enhance their capabilities, in addition to increasing the number of practitioners of this sport.

Since its establishment in 2010, the Social & Sport Contribution Fund (DAAM) has laid the foundation for numerous vital projects and initiatives in the social, sports, and cultural realms, and the contributions of companies listed on the Qatar Stock Exchange are considered among the fund’s most important financial resources, making them an essential partner in achieving sustainable community development.

الدوحة: وقع صندوق دعم الأنشطة الاجتماعية والرياضية /دعم/ اتفاقية رعاية لأنشطة الاتحاد القطري للفروسية والخماسي الحديث في موسم 2023 -2024.

وتأتي هذه الاتفاقية انطلاقا من الدور الرائد الذي يقوم به كل من الصندوق والشركات المساهمة والمدرجة أسهمها في بورصة قطر في دعم التنمية المجتمعية والأنشطة الرياضية بما يتماشى مع رؤية قطر الوطنية 2030.

ويضم موسم الاتحاد القطري للفروسية والخماسي الحديث 2023 – 2024 عددا من البطولات الرئيسية، بما في ذلك بطولة لونجين هذاب- جولات قطر للفروسية، التي انطلقت في أكتوبر 2023 وستستمر حتى مارس 2024، وبطولة سيف سمو الأمير المفدى لقفز الحواجز والترويض من 15 إلى 17 فبراير 2024.

ويهدف هذا التعاون ما بين صندوق دعم الأنشطة الاجتماعية والرياضية (دعم) والاتحاد القطري للفروسية والخماسي الحديث إلى رفع مستوى رياضة الفروسية في دولة قطر وتطوير مهارات الفرسان القطريين والمقيمين وتعزيز قدراتهم، بالإضافة إلى رفع عدد الممارسين لهذه الرياضة.

ومنذ تأسيسه في عام 2010، وضع صندوق دعم الأنشطة الاجتماعية والرياضية (دعم) حجر الأساس للعديد من المشاريع والمبادرات الحيوية في المجال الاجتماعي والرياضي والثقافي. وتعتبر إسهامات الشركات المساهمة والمدرجة أسهمها في بورصة قطر من أهم الموارد المالية للصندوق، مما يجعلها شريكا أساسيا في تحقيق التنمية المجتمعية المستدامة تماشيا مع رؤية قطر الوطنية 2030.
