Through the application of “EHTERAZ”, the Ministry of Public Health aims to provide improved public health services to prevent the spread of Coved-19 through the use of innovative and modern digital information systems, technologies and solutions to provide timely information on the ongoing crisis and raise local awareness in Qatar and issue recommendations and guidance to the general public, groups and individuals when necessary to protect public health and safety.

• What is EHTERAZ application?

EHTERAZ is a smartphone app that uses location and Bluetooth to perform multiple services to enhance prevention and reduce the spread of the Coronavirus, as well as providing the latest news and receive awareness instructions.

• What are the steps to use the app?

To use the application, the required data is filled out and the registration is documented by OTP and the data is updated (address) and the health code automatically appears to prove the user’s health status, where each user’s profile is linked to the APPLICATION’s QR code by automatically pulling his/her health information from the official authorities.

• How to know the medical condition of the users?

This is in 4 colors, the green color is intended for healthy individuals and gray for suspected cases, and the yellow color is intended for individuals under quarantine, and the red color is intended for the individuals who were tested and the test results were positive.

• What are the features of the app?

The application provides many features such as knowing the latest updates and statistics about Covid-19, following the movement of people under quarantine and alerting the public by official authorities in case of contact, as well as enabling official authorities to reach out as quickly as possible to people suspected of infection and provide the necessary health care, also includes the Coronavirus hotline, contributes to the promotion of safety and supports the efforts of the state.

What EHTERAZ app is doing is simply that if a positive case of Corona is detected, the app monitors all the places that this Person went to and all the people he/she contacted, and then sends special messages to these people insinuating them that they may have been mixed with an infected person, and therefore has priority in obtaining a medical and health test to ensure their safety.

Stakeholders emphasize that there is a significant emphasis on the issue of privacy, as this information will only be available to medical staff. يبدأ يوم الجمعة القادم تطبيق قرار مجلس الوزراء بإلزام جميع المواطنين والمقيمين بتثبيت تطبيق احتراز (EHTERAZ ) على الهواتف الذكية عند الخروج من المنزل لأي سبب، والتطبيق متاح على «آبل استور» و»غوغل بلاي».. ويمكن تحميل التطبيق عبر الضغط على الرابط : https:/‏/‏apps.apple.com/‏us/‏app/‏ehteraz/‏id1507150431

وتهدف وزارة الصحة العامة من خلال تطبيق «احتراز» إلى توفير خدمات صحة عامة محسنة لمنع انتشار كوفيد – 19 من خلال استخدام أنظمة المعلومات والتقنيات والحلول الرقمية المبتكرة والحديثة لتوفير المعلومات في الوقت المناسب حول الأزمة المستمرة ورفع مستوى الوعي المحلي في دولة قطر وإصدار التوصيات والتوجيهات لعامة الناس والمجموعات والأفراد عند الضرورة لحماية الصحة والسلامة العامة.

• ما هو تطبيق احتراز ؟

احتراز هو تطبيق على الهواتف الذكية يستخدم خاصية الموقع والبلوتوث للقيام بخدمات متعددة لتعزيز إجراءات الوقاية والحد من انتشار فيروس كورونا، بالإضافة إلى عرض آخر المستجدات والإحصائيات وتلقي الإرشادات التوعوية.

• ما هي خطوات استخدام التطبيق ؟

لاستخدام التطبيق يتم تعبئة البيانات المطلوبة وتوثيق التسجيل عن طريق ال OTP واستكمال البيانات (العنوان) فيظهر الرمز الصحي تلقائياً لإثبات الحالة الصحية للمستخدم، حيث يتم ربط الملف التعريفي لكل مستخدم للتطبيق برمز ال QR من خلال سحب معلوماته الصحية تلقائياً من الجهات الرسمية.

• كيف يمكن معرفة الحالة الطبية للمستخدمين ؟

يكون ذلك عبر 4 ألوان ، فاللون الأخضر مخصص للأفراد الأصحاء واللون الرمادي للحالات المشتبه بها، واللون الأصفر مخصص للأفراد الخاضعين للحجر الصحي ، أما اللون الأحمر فهو مخصص للأفراد الذين تم اختيارهم وكانت نتيجة الفحص إيجابية.

• ما هي مميزات التطبيق؟

يوفر التطبيق العديد من المميزات مثل معرفة آخر المستجدات والإحصائيات عن كوفيد – 19،ومتابعة حركة الخاضعين للحجر الصحي وتنبيه الجمهور من قبل الجهات الرسمية في حال المخالطة،كذلك يمكّن الجهات الرسمية من الوصول بأسرع وقت ممكن للأشخاص المشتبه بإصابتهم وتقديم الرعاية الصحية اللازمة، أيضاً يتضمن الخط الساخن لفيروس كورونا، ويسهم في تعزيز السلامة ويدعم جهود الدولة.

وما يقوم به تطبيق احتراز بكل بساطة أنه في حال تم اكتشاف حالة إصابة إيجابية بكورونا فيقوم التطبيق برصد كل الأماكن التي ذهب إليها هذا الشخص أو الأشخاص الذين اختلط بهم، ثم يقوم بإرسال رسائل خاصة لهؤلاء الأشخاص ينبههم فيها أنهم ربما اختلطوا بشخص مصاب بالفيروس، وعليه فإن لهم الأولوية في الحصول على الاختبار الطبي والصحي للتأكد من سلامتهم.

خصوصية المعلومات

• ماذا عن خصوصية مستخدمي التطبيق والحفاظ على سرية معلوماتهم؟

تؤكد الجهات المعنية أن هناك تشديداً كبيراً على مسألة الخصوصية، حيث لن تكون هذه المعلومات متاحة إلا للطواقم الطبية.. وهذه الطواقم لديها بالفعل هذه المعلومات لكن الفَرق الوحيد أنهم في هذه الحالة سيكونون أكثر كفاءة، كذلك هناك تشديد من قبل الجهات المعنية على مسألة احترام خصوصية المستخدمين لتطبيق احتراز.

وتطبيق احتراز له هدف واحد فقط وهو الإسراع في تحديد السلاسل الانتقالية لفيروس كورونا والإسراع في توفير الخدمات الطبية».
