Minister of Education sets a new date for the start of academic year 2020-2021
وزير التعليم يحدد موعداً جديداً لبدء الدراسة في العام الأكاديمي ٢٠٢٠-٢٠٢١
The Peninsula Online – Doha:
Minister of Education and Higher Education H E Dr Mohammed bin Abdul Wahed Al Hammadi has issued a ministerial decision to make some amendments in the annual calendar for the academic year.
The classes of the students for the academic year 2020-21 will begin from September 1, 2020.
The duty of employees in schools for the academic year 2020-21 will begin from August 19, 2020.
The second round examination for all classes from grade 1 to 12 (day scholars and adults) for the academic year 2019-20 is schedule from August 23, 2020 to August 31, 2020, the Ministry tweeted.
This ministerial decision cancelled all previous decisions in this regards. All authorities concerned should implement this decision which came into effect from the date of issuance.

أصدر سعادة الدكتور محمد بن عبدالواحد الحمادي، وزير التعليم والتعليم العالي، قراراً وزارياً بشأن التقويم السنوي للمدارس للعام الأكاديمي 2019/2020، حيث حدد موعد اختبارات الدور الثاني لجميع الصفوف وموعد بدء الدوام في المدارس للعام الأكاديمي 2020/2021.
وجاء في القرار الذي نشرته صفحة الوزارة على موقع “تويتر”:
مادة (1): تكون مواعيد اختبارات الدور الثاني لجميع الصفوف من (الأول إلى الثاني عشر ــــ نهاري وتعليم الكبار) للعام الأكاديمي 2019/2020 اعتباراً من 23/8/2020 وحتى 31/8/2020.
مادة (2): يكون بدء دوام الموظفين في المدارس للعام الأكاديمي 2020/2021 اعتباراً من 19/8/2020
مادة ( 3 ): يكون بدء دوام الطلبة في المدارس للعام الأكاديمي 2020/2021 اعتباراً من 1/9/2020
مادة ( 4 ): يلغى كل حكم يخالف أحكام هذا القرار، وعلى جميع الجهات المختصة، كل فيما يخصه، تنفيذ هذا القرار، ويعمل به إعتباراً من تاريخ صدوره.
