Installing EHTERAZ app is now mandatory for the public.. MOI identifies a group who should not exit the house

Ministry of Interior posted a tweet on its Twitter account today as the cabinet’s decision to require the public to install EHTERAZ app on their smartphones came into effect. The Ministry of Interior explained that individuals who get their health code in grey color on EHTERAZ application should stay at home and not go out because they are classified as those with symptoms or have contacted  positive cases and have not yet been tested. The Cabinet’s decision requiring all citizens and residents to install EHTERAZ on smartphones when leaving the house for any reason has been introduced today.

The cabinet meeting included several resolutions, some of which came into force last Tuesday, stressing that if these decisions are not complied with, the violator shall apply the penalties stipulated in Law No. (17) of 1990 on the prevention of infectious diseases, with a maximum of three years in prison and a fine of no more than 200,000 riyals or one of these penalties.

Here’s the most important information about the app, according to an awareness video published by the Government Liaison Office.

* EHTERAZ app is a smartphone app developed to protect the community from the spread of the Coronavirus .”Covid 19″.

* EHTERAZ app does this by tracking the transitional chains of the spread of the Coronavirus, providing users with accurate information and assisting competent medical teams to provide health care if necessary.

* The app alerts you in case you contacted an infected person ensuring that you receive timely medical care.

* EHTERAZ app helps protect the community while ensuring that your data remains safe.

* When registering in EHTERAZ app, each user’s profile is linked to the QR code by automatically linking it to his health file from the competent authorities according to the following classifications:

(1) Green: For individuals who have no symptoms or have a negative test result.

(2) Yellow: for individuals in quarantine facilities.

(3) Red: for cases of Coronavirus.

(4) Grey: for suspected cases and individuals with symptoms, or who have been in contact with an infected person or are awaiting the result of the test

According to an earlier video published by the Ministry of Health, the app uses Bluetooth and GPS to provide multiple services, including:

* Strengthening measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

* Help the competent authorities to identify the transitional chains to contribute to the return of life to normal as soon as possible.

** Registration is done in EHTERAZ app by entering the following data: phone number, Qatari ID number, and expiry date of the Qatari ID card.

** EHTERAZ app includes 4 basic pages: health status determination, information and statistics provision, hotline numbers, and notifications.

* The Health Condition Page, the app’s main page, contains the Q.R. code and enables users to know their health status in multiple colors: green, gray, yellow, and red.

** If anyone who downloaded the application is found to have been infected with Coronavirus, their status will be changed to red and the people who have contacted them will be referred to within the previous 14 days.

** Their condition is changed to gray and messages are sent to them to undergo the test

If you do the test, your condition will be changed to gray and once the test result appears, the color will be changed depending on the result to green if you are healthy or red if you are infected.

نشرت وزارة الداخلية تغريدة عبر حسابها بموقع تويتر اليوم مع بدء العمل بقرار مجلس الوزراء إلزام الجمهور بتثبيت تطبيق احتراز على هواتفهم الذكية.

وأوضحت وزارة الداخلية أن على الأفراد الذين يظهر لديهم الرمز الصحي في تطبيق احتراز باللون الرمادي، البقاء في المنزل وعدم الخروج لكونهم مصنفين ضمن من لديهم أعراض أو مخالطين لحالات إيجابية ولم يتم فحصهم بعد.

وبدأ اليوم العمل بقرار مجلس الوزراء الذي يلزم جميع المواطنين والمقيمين بتثبيت تطبيق احتراز (EHTERAZ) على الهواتف الذكية عند الخروج من المنزل لأي سبب.

وتضمن اجتماع مجلس الوزراء عدة قرارات دخل بعضها حيز التنفيذ الثلاثاء الماضي، مؤكداً أنه في حالة عدم الالتزام بهذه القرارات تطبق على المخالف العقوبات المنصوص عليها في القانون رقم (17) لسنة 1990 بشأن الوقاية من الأمراض المعدية، وذلك بالحبس مدة لا تتجاوز ثلاث سنوات وبغرامة لا تزيد على (200.000) مائتي ألف ريال أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين.

إليك أبرز المعلومات عن التطبيق، بحسب فيديو توعوي نشره مكتب الاتصال الحكومي.

* تطبيق احتراز هو تطبيق خاص بالهواتف الذكية تم تطويره لحماية المجتمع من انتشار فيروس كورونا “كوفيد 19”.

* يقوم تطبيق احتراز بذلك من خلال تتبع السلاسل الانتقالية لانتشار فيروس كورونا وتزويد المستخدمين بالمعلومات الدقيقة ومساعدة الفرق الطبية المختصة على تقديم الرعاية الصحية عند اللزوم.

* يقوم التطبيق بتنبيهكم في حال اكتشاف مخالطتكم لحالة مصابة بالفيروس ما يضمن لكم تلقي الرعاية الطبية في الوقت المناسب.

* يساعد تطبيق احتراز على حماية المجتمع مع ضمان بقاء بياناتكم في مأمن.

* عند التسجيل في تطبيق احتراز يتم ربط الملف التعريفي لكل مستخدم للتطبيق برمز QR من خلال ربطه بملفه الصحي تلقائياً من الجهات المختصة حسب التصنيفات التالية:

(1) اللون الأخضر: للأفراد الذين ليست لديهم أعراض أو كانت نتيجة فحصهم سلبية.

(2) اللون الأصفر: للأفراد المتواجدين في مرافق الحجر الصحي.

(3) اللون الأحمر: للحالات المصابة بفيروس كورونا.

(4) اللون الرمادي: للحالات المشتبه بها والأفراد الذين لديهم أعراض، أو الذين خالطوا مصابا أو ينتظرون نتيجة الفحص

وبحسب فيديو سابق نشرته وزارة الصحة فإن التطبيق يستخدم خاصيتي البلوتوث وتحديد المواقع لتوفير خدمات متعددة منها:

* تعزيز إجراءات الوقاية من انتشار فيروس كورونا .

* مساعدة الجهات المختصة في كشف السلاسل الانتقالية للمساهمة في عودة الحياة إلى طبيعتها في أقرب وقت ممكن.

** يتم التسجيل في تطبيق احتراز عبر إدخال البيانات التالية:رقم الهاتف، ورقم البطاقة الشخصية القطرية، وتاريخ انتهاء البطاقة الشخصية القطرية.

** يتضمن تطبيق احتراز 4 صفحات أساسية وهي: تحديد الحالة الصحية، توفير المعلومات والإحصائيات، وأرقام الخط الساخن، والإشعارات.

* تحتوي صفحة الحالة الصحية وهي الصفحة الرئيسة للتطبيق على رمز الكيو أر  ويُمكن المستخدمين من معرفة حالتهم الصحية عن طريق ألوان متعددة هي: اللون الأخضر، واللون الرمادي، و اللون الأصفر، واللون الأحمر.

** في حال تم اكتشاف إصابة أي شخص قام بتحميل التطبيق بفيروس كورونا يتم تغيير حالته إلى اللون الأحمر ويتم الرجوع إلى الأشخاص الذين قام بمخالطتهم خلال الـ14 يوماً السابقة.

** ويتم تغيير حالتهم إلى اللون الرمادي ويتم إرسال الرسائل لهم ليقوموا بإجراء الفحص

وفي حال قيامك بالفحص سيتم تغيير حالتك إلى اللون الرمادي وبمجرد ظهور نتيجة الفحص سيتم تغيير اللون على حسب النتيجة إلى الأخضر إذا كنت سليماً أو الأحمر في حال إصابتك.
