Ministry of Justice Launches “Absher” Car Service for Customers

Doha: The Ministry of Justice launched “Absher” car service to serve the public, the car is a mobile office in which a legal notary is present as well as the office and technical requirements to end transactions and take signatures for citizens in their whereabouts without the need to visit the ministry or its branches.

Governmental and private entities and institutions can also benefit from the service in cases that require this, according to the controls and procedures regulating the movement of the car and its locations.

The new service is a qualitative leap in the ministrys efforts to bring transactions closer to the public and facilitate access, and it is available to all segments of society, especially the elderly, people with special needs, and other cases.

The service staff includes male and female employees, taking into account the privacy of customers, and the car is fully equipped to provide various real estate registration and documentation services, including transactions that are submitted electronically.

The car service is offered for the public for a set fee in accordance with legal controls.

الدوحة: أطلقت وزارة العدل خدمة سيارة أبشر لخدمة الجمهور، وهي بمثابة مكتب متنقل يتواجد به موثق قانوني وكافة المتطلبات المكتبية والتقنية لإنهاء المعاملات وأخذ التوقيعات للمواطنين في أماكن تواجدهم دون الحاجة إلى مراجعة الوزارة أو فروعها الخارجية.

كما يمكن للجهات والمؤسسات الحكومية والخاصة الاستفادة من الخدمة في الحالات التي تستدعي ذلك وفقا للضوابط والإجراءات المنظمة لتنقل السيارة وأماكن تواجدها.

وتشكل الخدمة الجديدة نقلة نوعية في جهود الوزارة لتقريب المعاملات من الجمهور وتيسير حصولهم عليها، وهي متاحة لكافة فئات المجتمع وفي مقدمتهم كبار السن، وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وأصحاب الحالات الذين تحبسهم ظروف معينة كالمرض ونحو ذلك.

ويضم الكادر الوظيفي للخدمة موظفين من الجنسين، رجال ونساء، وذلك مراعاة لخصوصية المتعاملين، كما أن السيارة مجهزة بالكامل لتقديم مختلف خدمات التسجيل العقاري والتوثيق، بما في ذلك المعاملات التي يتم تقديمها إلكترونيا وتتطلب مرحلتها النهائية حضور صاحب المعاملة.

ويتم انتقال السيارة إلى أصحاب المعاملات مقابل رسوم محددة وفقا للضوابط القانونية. ويتولى مكتب الخدمة التنسيق مع المراجعين لتحديد المواعيد وأخذ التوقيعات في الأماكن المحددة ومراعاة ظروف كل حالة حسب طبيعة المعاملات ومواقع المناطق التي يتواجد بها المستفيدون من الخدمة .
