Qatar Charity facilitates Zakat calculation and payment service

Qatar Charity (QC) has facilitated the Zakat calculation and payment service through its official website, mobile apps, especially the “Zakaty website and app”, in addition to calling the Zakat expert, contacting customer service employees, and requesting the ‘Home Collector’. 

So, there is no longer a need to exert more efforts and spend additional hours to calculate and give Zakat or inquire about it, as Qatar Charity has made it easier for benefactors to accomplish your Zakat-related tasks while they are at home. 

Rabea Mohamed Mojahed, an expert in the field of Zakat, responds to Zakat-related questions, calculates Zakat (for individuals, companies, professionals, self-employed and property owners, etc.), and analyses the company’s budget to pay its Zakat.

The app offers smart and secure solutions for those who want to give their Zakat. The app can be downloaded from the Qatar Charity website.   Zakaty ensures the privacy and confidentiality of all its users to protect them from identity theft and internet fraud. 

Zakaty allows Zakat givers to log in to their accounts using biometric data such as fingerprint and facial recognition, or through their social media accounts, or simply logging in by email address or username created on the app.

Zakaty provides a smart and easy approach to calculate your Zakat. Regardless of the Zakat type, this service is the way to go. The Zakat calculator covers cash, stocks, cattle, and Zakat on gold and silver.

The zakat-calculator enables people to calculate the Zakat amount on their savings money, stocks, gold and cattle to know the percentage of the payable zakat. Zakaty offers a detailed guide about Zakat for companies, and comes out with a list of frequent and common Fatawas on Zakat payment.

Through its mobile app, Qatar Charity offers a service to request a home collector. Upon the request, it sends a representative to the donor’s place to collect donations.

To strengthen its relations with the donors and facilitate the receiving of donations, Qatar Charity has allocated several channels, which are the following:  

Financial Pledges Service: If a person wishes to donate an amount, can send a text message containing the amount to be donated to 92124, and the person will be contacted to receive the donation directly.

The person can directly contact the customer service center at 44667711. The center has an automated interactive voice response (IVR) system to answer incoming calls, provide instructions to customers, and manage donor relations professionally, in addition to offering a service to complete donation processes and receive reports automatically.

ويعد تطبيق «زكاتي» أداة متكاملة لكل محسنٍ يبحث عن أيسر الطرق وأفضلها لحساب نصاب زكاته المفروضة وإخراجها في مصارفها التي حددتها الشريعة الغراء، إذ يوفر التطبيق حاسبة سهلة الاستخدام لكل أصناف الزكاة، بالإضافة إلى خدمة حساب الزكاة للشركات وزكاة الفطر والقسم الخاص بالفتاوى الدينية. والتطبيق متوفر للتحميل عبر موقع قطر الخيرية (www.qch.qa/‏‏Zakaty).

ومن أهم المزايا المتوفرة فيه: تسجيل الدخول ببصمة الأصبع والتعرف على الوجه، حاسبة لكل أصناف الزكاة، حاسبة زكاة سريعة، خدمات لزكاة الشركات (يتضمن خدمات عدة مثل حاسبة الزكاة للشركات وصفحة الفتاوى بالإضافة إلى إمكانية طلب خبير)، طرق دفع الزكاة (استخدام البطاقة البنكية أو البطاقة الائتمانية)، الفتاوى (يتوفر على فتاوى العلماء حول مسائل الزكاة الأكثر شيوعاً، وتم تصنيفها لتسهيل الوصول إليها)، والملف الشخصي (طريق مختصر للتقارير الخاصة بزكاة المتبرع السابقة عبر خدمة «زكاتي السابقة» وخدمة « أسهمي» التي تتيح له إمكانية تسجيل البيانات الخاصة بأسهم الشركات لتسهيل عملية حساب الزكاة، وخدمة «طلبات الشركات» لتقديم طلب حساب زكاة الشركات).

وهي خدمة تتيح للمتبرع إمكانية طلب محصل عبر تطبيق قطر الخيرية qch.qa/‏‏APP أو عبر موقع قطر الخيرية الإلكتروني qch.qa/‏‏b2s.، ويقوم النظام تلقائيا بتحديد موقع المتبرع على الخريطة وإرسال طلبه لأقرب محصل «أو محصلة» الذي يشرع في التواصل معه، ومشاهدة مكانه على الخريطة.

وتتيح (خدمة العملاء) أكثر من طريقة للتواصل والتبرع وتسهيل استقبال التبرعات وأهمها: «خدمة التعهدات المالية»: التي تمكن أي شخص في حالة رغبته التبرع بمبلغ مالي إرسال رسالة نصية تتضمن المبلغ المراد التبرع به إلى الرقم 92124 ، ليتم الاتصال به وتنسيق استلام تبرعه مباشرة، كما يمكن للمتبرع الاتصال مباشرة على رقم خدمة العملاء: 44667711 سواء للتبرع مباشرة من خلال خدمة ال IVR «الدفع الذاتي»، وذلك من خلال عدة خطوات يتبعها المتبرع لاستكمال تبرعه بنفسه، أو الانتقال للتحدث مع أحد موظفي خدمة العملاء لتقديم المساعدة اللازمة، ومعرفة آخر المشاريع والكفالات والبرامج المتوفرة، وكذلك يمكنه التبرع مباشرة أثناء الاتصال من خلال الدفع ببطاقة «الديبت كارت» أو «الكريدت كارت» بشكل سريع وآمن. إضافة ل خدمة « أبشر»: التي تمكن المتبرع من إرسال رسالة نصية تتضمن استفساره إلى الرقم 92747 وخلال دقائق معدودة يتم الاتصال به لإفادته.
