Ooredoo Money offers instant fee cashback for first-time users

DOHA: Ooredoo announced yesterday that Ooredoo Money customers who send money for the first time using existing Ooredoo Money International Money Transfer partners MoneyGram, Aldar Exchange or Ooredoo Exchange will enjoy up to a QR15 instant fee cashback reward.

Any Ooredoo customer who subscribes to Ooredoo Money and sends money using an international money transfer option for the first-time will enjoy instant cashback of up to QR15 of their transaction fee. This will enable Ooredoo Money customers to try the service for free in most of the countries.

The new offer is valid until January 31, 2019 and has been designed to encourage more people to use Ooredoo’s secure, instant money transfer services.

To send money, Ooredoo customers must register for an Ooredoo Wallet via the USSD menu (*140#) or the “Ooredoo Money” app. The Ooredoo Money app is available via the Apple App Store and Google Play store and has seven language options (English, Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, Bengali, Tagalog and Nepali).

Customers can deposit money into their mobile wallet from any of over 200 Ooredoo Self-Service Machines (SSMs) all across Qatar, through any Ooredoo Shops or partner outlets or even Transfer money directly from any Bank Account in Qatar to their wallet.

As well as instant money transfer to 200 countries with MoneyGram, Ooredoo Money customers can also send money to any international bank accounts via Aldar or Ooredoo Exchange in selected countries.

Ooredoo Money can be used to send money locally to any mobile wallet or QNB bank account , make a Hala Top-Up, pay Shahry bills, purchase data, Dawli cards, pay DPS School fees, and much more. It can also be used to recharge any international prepaid mobile number in over 100 countries, or purchase Data’s Bundle or even pay DTH/other bills in selected countries including India, Bangladesh, the Philippines etc.

أعلنت «ooredoo»، أمس، أن عملاءها الذين يقومون بتحويل الأموال لأول مرة عبر أحد شركاء الحوالات الدولية في خدمات «ooredoo المالية» (موني جرام أو الدار لأعمال الصرافة أو ooredoo Exchange) سيسترجعون ما يصل إلى 15 ر.ق من قيمة رسوم التحويل مكافأة فورية.

ومع هذا العرض، سيتمكن عملاء «ooredoo» الذين يشتركون في خدمات «ooredoo» المالية ويقومون بتحويل الأموال دولياً لأول مرة من استرجاع ما يصل إلى 15 ر.ق من رسوم التحويل، أي أنهم سيتمكنون من تجربة الخدمة مجاناً عند تحويل الأموال إلى معظم البلدان.

ويسري هذا العرض الجديد حتى 31 يناير 2019، وقد تم تصميمه بهدف تشجيع مزيد من العملاء على استخدام خدمات «ooredoo» الفورية لتحويل الأموال التي تتميز بالسهولة والأمان.

ولكي يتمكن العملاء من تحويل الأموال يجب عليهم التسجيل للحصول على محفظة جوال من خلال قائمة «USSD» (بالاتصال بالرقم #140*)، أو عبر تطبيق «ooredoo» للخدمات المالية. ويتوفر تطبيق «ooredoo» للخدمات المالية عبر متجر تطبيقات «App Store» و»Google Play»، بسبع لغات (العربية والإنجليزية والهندية والمالايالام والبنجالية والتاغالوغ والنيبالية).

ويمكن للعملاء إيداع الأموال في محفظة الجوال عبر أجهزة «ooredoo» للخدمة الذاتية التي يزيد عددها عن 200 جهاز في جميع أنحاء قطر، أو في مراكز «ooredoo»، أو عبر شركاء «ooredoo» لتحويل الأموال، أو القيام بتحويل الأموال مباشرة من حساباتهم البنكية في قطر إلى محافظ الجوال الخاصة بهم.

وإلى جانب إمكانية التحويل الفوري للأموال إلى 200 دولة مع «موني جرام»، يمكن أيضاً استخدام خدمات «ooredoo» المالية لتحويل الأموال لأي حساب بنكي دولي عبر الدار لأعمال الصرافة أو «ooredoo Exchange» في عدد من البلدان.

ويمكن أيضاً استخدام خدمات «ooredoo»المالية لإرسال الأموال محلياً إلى أية محفظة جوال أو حساب بنكي لدى «QNB»، وتعبئة رصيد «هلا»، ودفع فواتير الشهري، وشراء البيانات أو بطاقات دولي، ودفع رسوم المدرسة الهندية الحديثة «دي بي أس»، وتعبئة الرصيد دولياً لأرقام الجوال المدفوعة مسبقاً، وشراء باقات البيانات ودفع اشتراكات خدمة المشاهدة التلفزيونية «DTH» والفواتير الأخرى في عدد من الدول مثل الهند وبنجلاديش والفلبين وغيرها.;
