34 citizens return from Algeria and Tunisia

As part of Qatar’s efforts to evacuate Qatari nationals and Sons and daughters of Qatari mothers stranded all over the world wishing to return home after the spread of the Coronavirus -Coved-19, a private plane for Qatari nationals wishing to return to Doha arrived at Hamad International Airport, carrying some 34 Qatari nationals and sons and daughters of Qatari mothers from Algeria and Tunisia on a flight of 95 passengers of different nationalities.
“The evacuation plane arrived from Algeria and the passengers were directed to the Department of immigration and passports to check in and then go to quarantine,” said Lt. Shaheen Issa al-Ghanem of airport security.
In accordance with the safety procedures at Doha International Airport, passengers are checked and temperature is gauged as a precautionary measure before they are allowed to complete check-in and be directed to the platform to sign the pledge to remain in quarantine for 14 days.
Pledge to commit
“I thank the efforts of our country to evacuate us and bring us back to Qatar and thank God for the safety of all,” said Mubarak Faleh al-Hajri, one of the Qatari nationals returning to Qatar. He added that they will abide by the full quarantine and all its requirements, adding that we will do whatever is required of us for our safety and the safety of the community members and we will abide by all the instructions for quarantine. Qatar airways included a group of Japanese passengers stranded in Tunisia who arrived in Doha in transit before continuing their journey to Japan after most of the world’s airports closed when the virus spread.
“We came from Tunisia via Qatar Airways and it was a surprise to us that all the airports were closed and we will continue our journey to Japan,” said one Japanese passenger returning on board.
The trip is part of the state’s efforts to evacuate its nationals and sons and daughters of Qatari mothers from most of the world’s capitals.
Great efforts
On the other hand, The State of Qatar has made great efforts in this regard to evacuate its citizens and ensure their safe return to their country, where they have contributed to the evacuation of 80 Qatari nationals who have returned on a private plane from The Kingdom of Morocco as part of their efforts to repatriate their citizens, in light of the outbreak of the new Coronavirus worldwide.
It is worth mentioning that Hamad International Airport received two private flights of Qatar Airways from The Jordanian capital Amman with 436 Qatari nationals and children of Qatari mothers who were in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan for treatment, study or tourism, before flights stopped due to the Coronavirus pandemic. As part of the state’s efforts to repatriate citizens wishing to return home.

في إطار مساعي دولة قطر لإجلاء المواطنين القطريين وأبناء القطريات الراغبين في العودة إلى الوطن والعالقين في معظم دول العالم بعد انتشار فيروس كورونا كوفيد_19، وصلت إلى مطار حمد الدولي طائرة خاصة خصصت للمواطنين القطريين الراغبين في العودة إلى الدوحة تنقل حوالي 34 من المواطنين القطريين وأبناء القطريات قادمة من الجزائر وتونس ضمن رحلة ضمت 95 مسافرا من جنسيات مختلفة.
وقال الملازم شاهين عيسى الغانم من أمن المطار: لقد تم وصول طائرة الإجلاء من الجزائر وقد تم توجيه الركاب إلى الجوازات لإنهاء إجراءات الدخول إلى البلاد ومن ثم يتوجهون إلى الحجر الصحي.
ووفقا لإجراءات السلامة المتبعة في مطار الدوحة الدولي يتم فحص الركاب وقياس درجة الحرارة كإجراء احترازي قبيل السماح لهم بتكملة إجراءات الدخول وتوجيههم إلى المنصة الخاصة بتوقيع التعهد بالبقاء في الحجر الصحي لمدة 14 يوما
تعهد بالالتزام
وقال مبارك فالح الهاجري أحد المواطنين القطريين العائدين إلى قطر اشكر الجهود التي تبذلها دولتنا في سبيل إجلائنا و إعادتنا إلى قطر ونحمد الله على سلامة الجميع، وأضاف انهم سيلتزمون بالحجر الصحي الكامل وبكافة اشتراطاته وأضاف سنؤدي كل ما هو مطلوب منا لسلامتنا وسلامة أفراد المجتمع وسنلتزم بكافة التعليمات الخاصة بالحجر الصحي.. هذا وقد ضمت الطائرة القطرية مجموعة من المسافرين اليابانيين العالقين في تونس وصلوا إلى الدوحة عبورا وقبل مواصلة رحلتهم إلى اليابان بعد أن أغلقت معظم مطارات العالم أبوابها إبان انتشار الفيروس.
وقال احد المسافرين اليابانيين العائدين على متنن الطائرة لقد جئنا من تونس عبر الخطوط الجوية القطرية وقد كانت مفاجأة لنا بحيث إن جميع المطارات كانت مغلقة وسنواصل رحلتنا إلى اليابان.
هذا وتعد هذه الرحلة في إطار مساعي الدولة لإجلاء رعاياها وأبناء القطريات من معظم عواصم العالم.
جهود كبيرة
وعلى صعيد آخر بذلت دولة قطر جهودا كبيرة على هذا الصعيد لإجلاء مواطنيها وضمان عودتهم سالمين إلى بلدهم حيث ساهمت في إجلاء 80 شخصا من المواطنين القطريين الذين عادوا على متن طائرة خاصة من المملكة المغربية في إطار سعيها لإعادة مواطنيها الراغبين بالعودة إلى الوطن، وذلك في ظل تفشي فيروس كورونا المستجد بعموم أنحاء العالم.
الجدير بالذكر أن مطار حمد الدولي استقبل رحلتين خاصتين للخطوط الجوية القطرية قادمتين من العاصمة الأردنية عمان وعلى متنهما 436 من المواطنين وأبناء القطريات الذين كانوا في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية للعلاج أو للدراسة أو السياحة، قبل أن يتم توقيف الرحلات الجوية إلى هناك بسبب جائحة فيروس كورونا. في إطار جهود الدولة لإعادة المواطنين الراغبين في العودة إلى أرض الوطن.
