His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Amir of Qatar, sent a message of congratulations to His Excellency President Dr. Hassan Rouhani, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, on the occasion of the anniversary of his country’s national day.
