10-Hours Closure on Parts of Bani Hajer Interchange
إغلاق لمدة 10 ساعات على أجزاء من تقاطع بني هاجر
The Public Works Authority ‘Ashghal’ announces a 10 hour closure on parts of Bani Hajer Interchange, starting Thursday 20 February 2020 midnight until Friday morning at 10:00 am, to enable the finishing of the asphalt works, as part of Khalifa Avenue Project.
During this traffic change, which is designed in coordination with the General Directorate of Traffic, the bridge linking Doha with Al Rayyan through Al Luqta Street will be closed and road users on Al Luqta Street will have to continue towards Al Wajba Interchange, make a U-turn and then take the second right exit towards Al Rayyan.
Also, Bani Hajer Underpass leading to Doha and Al Rayyan will be closed for the traffic coming from Bani Hajer through Al Shahama Street and road users will have to take the exit towards Al Wajba Interchange, make a U-turn and follow the signage towards their destinations.
The Public Works Authority will install road signs advising motorists of the closure and requests all road users to abide by the existing speed limit and follow the road signs to ensure their safety.
تعلن هيئة الأشغال العامة “أشغال” عن إغلاق لمدة 10 ساعات على أجزاء من تقاطع بني هاجر من منتصف ليل الخميس 20 فبراير 2020 حتى الساعة العاشرة من صباح الجمعة، بهدف استكمال أعمال الأسفلت، ضمن مشروع طريق خليفة أفنيو.
وخلال فترة الإغلاق، الذي يأتي بالتنسيق مع الإدارة العامة للمرور، سوف يتم إغلاق الجسر الذي يربط الدوحة في اتجاه الريان عبر شارع اللقطة، وعليه سوف يتعين على مستخدمي شارع اللقطة المتجهين نحو الريان المضي قدماً للوصول إلى تقاطع الوجبة والالتفاف إلى الوراء، ثم الانعطاف يميناً إلى طريق الريان للوصول إلى وجهاتهم.
كما سيتم إغلاق نفق بني هاجر في اتجاه الدوحة والريان أمام القادمين من بني هاجر عبر شارع الشهامة، وعليه سوف يتعين على المتجهين نحو الدوحة والريان استخدام المخرج الأيمن في اتجاه تقاطع الوجبة ثم الالتفاف إلى الوراء واتباع اللافتات للوصول إلى وجهاتهم.
ستقوم هيئة الأشغال العامة بتركيب اللوحات الإرشادية لتنبيه مستخدمي الطريق بهذا الإغلاق، وتهيب بجميع مستخدمي الطريق الالتزام بحدود السرعة المسموحة واتباع اللوحات الإرشادية حفاظاً على سلامتهم.
