Ashghal Signs 10 New Contracts for Citizens’ Sub-division Infrastructure Projects with Qatari Companies Worth Around 4 QR billion

The Public Works Authority ‘Ashghal’ held on Tuesday, 21 January 2020, a press meeting to sign 10 new construction contracts for Infrastructure Development projects of Citizens’ Sub-Divisions at a total value of around QR 4 billion, to serve more than 8,400 land plot in 10 areas around the country.The press meeting was held in the presence of H.E. Dr. Eng. Saad bin Ahmad Al-Muhannadi, President of the Public Works Authority, Eng. Yousef Abdulrahman Al Emadi, Projects Affairs Director at Ashghal, Eng. Saoud Ali Al-Tamimi, Roads Projects Department Manager, Mr. Mohammed bin Hamad Al-Attan, CMC Vice-President, Mr. Hamad bin Abdullah Al Hinzab, CMC Member– Constituency 12, Mr. Ali bin Khalaf Al-Kubaisi, CMC Member– Constituency 3, Mr. Meshaal bin Abdullah Al-Nuaimi, CMC Member– Constituency 18, Mr. Jabr Mohammed Saif al-Suwaidi, CMC Member– Constituency 20, Mr. Abdullah bin Mgalad Al-Muraikhi, CMC Member– Constituency 25, Mr. Mubarak bin Fraich Al-Salem, CMC Member– Constituency 15. A number of managers and officials from Ashghal also attended the event, in addition to representatives of the awarded companies.
On this occasion, Dr. Eng. Saad bin Ahmad Al-Muhannadi, President of Ashghal, said that based on the directives of His Excellency the Prime Minister and the Minister of Interior, Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani, the Infrastructure projects of Citizens’ Sub-divisions are considered a top priority. He added, “Today’s contracts are signed with a total value of approximately QR 4 billion to serve more than 8,400 residential plots in 10 areas, and this is considered a first step in Ashghal’s plan for 2020 to develop the citizens’ sub-divisions throughout the country, as more projects will be awarded to covered additional areas in the country.”
H.E. said: “We are pleased that all ten contracts have been awarded to Qatari companies and we are confident that the Qatari contractor is able to implement these projects.” H.E. pointed out that the authority implemented new initiatives in coordination with contractors that would accelerate the pace of implementation and deliver projects on time, in addition to reducing the inconvenience caused by infrastructure works within residential areas.”
Sheikh Ali bin Hamad Al Thani, Chairman of “QBS Construction” company which signed two contracts with Ashghal today: We are proud that Ashghal always encourages Qatari companies to implement development projects for the benefit of the country and its citizens, as Qatari companies have a greater knowledge regarding the conditions of the country and the differences in the areas, so they are able to implement projects better.
Mr. Mohammed bin Hamad Al-Attan, CMC Vice-President, thanked His Excellency the Prime Minister and the Minister of Interior for the great attention to development projects throughout the country. He said: “There is no doubt that new projects to develop the infrastructure are very important to the citizen, as it provides him with an integrated infrastructure of rainwater and sewage drainage networks as well as advanced roads and other services.”
Mr. Hamad bin Abdullah Al Hinzab, CMC Member – Constituency 12 said that signing contracts today is new evidence that the Public Works Authority is committed to providing an integrated infrastructure for citizens in accordance with the highest standards in line with the efforts of the country in various fields.
Mr. Ali bin Khalaf Al Kubaisi, CMC Member – Constituency 3, said: “We congratulate the residents of Duhail South area for signing a contract for Roads & Infrastructure Project in South Duhail & Umm Lakhba, which will serve a large segment of society as it is located in a vital and important area.
For his part, Mr. Meshaal bin Abdullah Al-Nuaimi, CMC Member – Constituency 18, said: “We see great keenness from Ashghal on the continuous response with the members of the Central Municipal Council as well as the development of infrastructure for citizens’ sub-divisions all around the country.”
Mr. Jabr bin Mohammed Al Suwaidi, CMC Member – Constituency 20 said: “We are delighted today to attend the signing of contracts which are a continuation of Ashghal’s clear efforts that reflect Qatar’s attention to its citizens and infrastructure projects that serve them. It is great that the contracts were awarded to local companies and we thank Ashghal for choosing these companies.”
Mr. Abdullah bin Mgalad Al-Muraikhi, CMC Member – Constituency 25 said: Ashghal is always keen to communicate with the citizens and residents and to inform them about the details of projects from the beginning and throughout all implementation stages, in addition to maintaining direct communication with the public and the Central Municipal Council.”
Eng. Yousef Al Emadi, Projects Affairs Director at Ashghal added that the signing of contracts today comes as a continuation of the plan developed by the authority this year to provide advanced roads and infrastructure for citizens’ sub-divisions in different areas. The new projects cover 10 areas distributed over the north, south and west of the country, including Al Ebb and Leabaib, Jeryan Nejaima, south of Al Duhail, Umm Lekhba, Al Mearad, Al Meshaf south and others.
For his part, Eng. Saoud Al-Tamimi, Roads Projects Department Manager at Ashghal noted that the Public Works Authority is currently working on completing 22 infrastructure projects for citizens’ sub-divisions which are under implementation, at a total cost of QR 9 billion and 550 milion, to serve 11 areas. These areas include Al Foroush, Al Kharaitiyat, Rawdat Egdaim, Izghawa, Al Wukair South, Al Shamal, Al Mearad and Southwest of Muaither, Al Mashaf South, Al Ebb and Leabaib and others. These projects cover approximately 20,728 residential plots.
During the press meeting Eng. Noor Ashkanani from the Roads Projects Department at Ashghal gave a brief presentation about the citizens’ sub-divisions infrastructure projects currently being implemented. The projects will provide more than 1,543 km of roads and 410 km of pedestrian and cycle paths, in addition to infrastructure development works including sewage, surface and groundwater and TSE networks with a total length of 1,180 km. Eng. Noor Ashkanani also provided a brief about the new projects that were signed today.
Dr. Eng. Saad bin Ahmad Al-Muhannadi, President of Ashghal, signed the new contracts for Infrastructure Development projects in Citizens’ Sub-Divisions with representatives of the awarded companies at a total cost of approximately QR 4 billion.
The New Contracts
The ten projects signed are planned to commence during the first quarter of 2020, and upon completion they will provide advanced roads and infrastructure including the provision of a total of 223 km of roads, 325 km of pedestrian and bicycle paths, more than 20,000 parking lots, about 192 km of sewage networks, 305 km of stormwater and groundwater drainage networks, and 142 km of TSE networks.
Contract 1: Roads and Infrastructure in Duhail South and Umm Lekhba – Package 1
Awarded to “Petroserv” and “Roadbridge” JV at a value of 422 million QR. The project serves 862 residential plots by implementing road works with a length of about 14 km, 44 km of pedestrian and cycle paths and more than 2,600 parking lots, as well as the development of infrastructure including surface and groundwater drainage networks, sewage networks and a TSE network.
Contract 2: Roads and Infrastructure in Jeryan Nejaima
Awarded to “Petroserv” and “Roadbridge” JV at a value of QR 352 million, which will serve 625 land plots. The project includes more than 15 km of road works, pedestrian and cycle lanes of about 46 km and more than 3000 parking lots. This is in addition to providing surface and groundwater drainage networks, sewage networks and a TSE network.
Contract 3: Roads and Infrastructure in South of Al Meshaf – Package 7
Awarded to “Petroserv” and “Roadbridge” JV at a value of 422 million QR. The project serves 1,394 land plots, and includes the construction and development of about 20 km of roads, 57 km of pedestrian and cycle paths, in addition to providing surface and groundwater drainage networks, sewage networks, and a TSE network.
Contract 4: Roads and Infrastructure in Al Mearad and Southwest of Muaither – Package 3
Awarded to “Petroserv” and “Roadbridge” JV at a value of QR 257 million. The project will serve 466 plots through the implementation of 16 km of road works, about 6 km of pedestrian and cycle lanes and more than 2,500 parking lots. This is in addition to infrastructure development including surface and groundwater drainage networks, sewage networks and a TSE network.
Contract 5: Roads and Infrastructure in Al Ebb and Leabaib – Package 4
Awarded to “QBS Constructions” Company for a value of QR 587 million. The project will serve 1,097 land plots, and includes the construction and development of 26 km of roads, 67 km of pedestrian and cycle lanes and more than 4,000 parking lots. This is in addition to providing surface and groundwater drainage networks, sewage networks and a TSE network.
Contract 6: Roads and Infrastructure in North of Mall of Qatar and Celebration Road – Package 2
Awarded to “QBS Constructions” Company at a value of QR 259 million. The project will serve 851 land plots, and includes the construction and development of about 16 km of roads, 3 km of pedestrian and cycle lanes, in addition to providing a drainage network and a TSE network.
Contract 7: Roads and Infrastructure in Al Mearad and Southwest of Muaither – Package 6
Awarded to “UrbaCon” and “InfraRoad Trading & Contracting” JV at a value of QR 498 million. The project will serve 853 land plots, and includes the construction and development of about 30 km of roads, 5 km of pedestrian and cycle lanes, and more than 3,430 parking spaces. The project also includes the implementation of sewage drainage networks, surface and groundwater drainage networks, and a TSE network.
Contract 8: Roads and Infrastructure in Al Kharaitiyat and Izghawa – Package 2
Awarded to “UrbaCon Trading & Contracting Co.” and “InfraRoad Trading & Contracting” JV at a value of QR 499 million to serve 1,492 plots. The project includes road works at a length of more than 39 km, providing pedestrian and cycle paths of 91 km and 5340 parking lots, in addition to providing surface and groundwater drainage networks, and a TSE network.
Contract 9: Roads and Infrastructure in Semaisma West – Package 1
Awarded to “Iris Trading and Contracting Company” at a value of QR 305 million. The project will serve 377 land plots, and includes the construction and development of about 10 km of roads and 5 km of pedestrian and cycle lanes. This is in addition to providing surface and groundwater drainage networks, sewage networks and a TSE network.
Contract 10: Roads and Infrastructure in Al Eqda, Al Heedan and Al Khor – Package 1
Awarded to “Al Darwish Engineering Company” at a value of 303 million QR. The project serves 399 land plots, and includes the construction and development of 37 km of roads, providing surface and groundwater drainage networks, a sewage network and a TSE network.
عقدت هيئة الأشغال العامة “أشغال” اليوم الثلاثاء 21 يناير 2020 لقاءً صحفياً لتوقيع عشرة عقود إنشائية جديدة لمشاريع تطوير الطرق والبنية التحتية بأراضي المواطنين بقيمة إجمالية تقدر بحوالي 4 مليار ريال قطري، وذلك لخدمة أكثر من 8400 قسيمة سكنية في عشرة مناطق في أنحاء الدولة.حضر اللقاء سعادة الدكتور المهندس سعد بن أحمد المهندي، رئيس هيئة الأشغال العامة، وكل من المهندس يوسف العمادي مدير شؤون المشروعات، والمهندس سعود التميمي، مدير إدارة مشروعات الطرق، والسيد محمد بن حمد العطان، نائب رئيس المجلس البلدي المركزي، والسيد حمد بن عبدالله آل حنزاب، عضو المجلس البلدي المركزي – الدائرة 12، والسيد علي بن خلف الكبيسي، عضو المجلس البلدي المركزي – الدائرة 3، والسيد مشعل بن عبدالله النعيمي، عضو المجلس البلدي المركزي – الدائرة 18، والسيد جبر بن محمد السويدي، عضو المجلس البلدي المركزي – الدائرة 20، والسيد عبدالله بن مقلد المريخي، عضو المجلس البلدي المركزي – الدائرة 25، والسيد مبارك بن فريش السالم، عضو المجلس البلدي المركزي – الدائرة 15، وعدد من مدراء ومسؤولي الهيئة، بالإضافة إلى ممثلي الشركات المنفذة للمشاريع الجديدة.
وبهذه المناسبة، صرّح سعادة الدكتور المهندس سعد بن أحمد المهندي، رئيس “أشغال”، بأنه وبناءً على توجيهات معالي رئيس مجلس الوزراء ووزير الداخلية الشيخ عبدالله بن ناصر بن خليفة آل ثاني، تعد مشاريع تطوير البنية التحتية لأراضي المواطنين من أهم الأولويات. وأضاف: “تم اليوم توقيع عقود بقيمة ما يقارب 4 مليار ريال قطري لخدمة أكثر من 8,400 قسيمة سكنية في عشرة مناطق، وتعد هذه الخطوة الأولى ضمن خطة أشغال لعام 2020 لتطوير أراضي المواطنين الجديدة والقائمة في جميع أنحاء الدولة حيث سيتم ترسية حزم جديدة من المشاريع لتغطية المزيد من المناطق في الدولة.”
وأضاف: “يسعدنا أنه تمت ترسية جميع العقود العشرة على شركات قطرية ونحن نثق بأن المقاول القطري قادر على تنفيذ هذه المشاريع.” وأشار إلى أن الهيئة نفذت مبادرات جديدة بالتنسيق مع المقاولين من شأنها تسريع وتيرة التنفيذ وتسليم المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وتقليل الإزعاج الناتج عن أعمال البنية التحتية داخل المناطق السكنية.
وقال الشيخ علي بن حمد آل ثاني، رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة “كيو بي إس كونستركشن” والتي وقعت مع “أشغال” عقدين لمشاريع تطوير الطرق والبنية التحتية لأراضي المواطنين: نفخر أن “أشغال” دائماً تشجع الشركات القطرية لتنفيذ المشاريع التطويرية لنفعة الوطن والمواطن، حيث أن الشركات القطرية على معرفة أكبر بما يتناسب مع أوضاع البلاد واختلافات المناطق لذا فهي قادرة على تنفيذ المشاريع بصورة أفضل.”
وعبّر السيد محمد بن حمد العطان، نائب رئيس المجلس البلدي المركزي، عن شكره الكبير لمعالي رئيس مجلس الوزراء ووزير الداخليةعلى الاهتمام الكبير بالمشاريع التطويرية في جميع أنحاء الدولة. وقال: “لا شك أن المشاريع الجديدة لتطوير البنية التحتية هي أمر هام جداً للمواطن حيث توفّر له بنية تحتية متكاملة من شبكات تصريف مياه الأمطار ومياه الصرف الصحي وكذلك الطرق المتطورة وغيرها من الخدمات.”
وقال السيد حمد بن عبدالله آل حنزاب، عضو المجلس البلدي المركزي – الدائرة 12، أن توقيع العقود اليوم هو دليل جديد على أن هيئة الأشغال العامة ملتزمة بتوفير بنية تحتية متكاملة للمواطنين وفق أعلى المواصفات بما يتماشى مع جهود الدولة في شتى المجالات.
وقال السيد علي بن خلف الكبيسي، عضو المجلس البلدي المركزي – الدائرة 3: “نبارك لسكان منطقة جنوب الدحيل توقيع عقد مشروع الطرق والبنية التحتية في جنوب الدحيل وأم لخبا الذي سيخدم فئة كبيرة من المجتمع كونه يقع بمنطقة حيوية وهامة.”
ومن جانبه قال السيد مشعل بن عبدالله النعيمي، عضو المجلس البلدي المركزي – الدائرة 18: “نلمس الحرص الكبير لهيئة الأشغال العامة على الاستجابة الدائمة لأعضاء المجلس البلدي المركزي وعلى تطوير البنية التحتية لأراضي المواطنين في جميع أنحاء الدولة.”
وقال السيد جبر بن محمد السويدي، عضو المجلس البلدي المركزي – الدائرة 20: “سعدنا اليوم بحضور توقيع العقود التي تعد استكمال لجهود “أشغال” الواضحة، والتي تعكس اهتمام دولة قطر بالمواطنين وبمشاريع البنية التحتية التي تخدم الأراضي. من المميز أنه تمت ترسية العقود على شركات محلية ونشكر أشغال على اختيار هذه الشركات.”
وقال السيد عبدالله بن مقلد المريخي، عضو المجلس البلدي المركزي – الدائرة 25: ” أشغال تحرص دائماً على التواصل مع المواطنين والمقيمين وإطلاعهم على تفاصيل المشاريع منذ البداية وخلال كافة مراحل التنفيذ والبقاء على تواصل مباشر مع الجمهور، وكذلك على التعاون مع المجلس البلدي المركزي بشكل مستمر.”
وأضاف المهندس يوسف العمادي مدير شؤون المشروعات في “أشغال” أن توقيع العقود اليوم يأتي استكمالاً للخطة التي وضعتها الهيئة هذا العام لتوفير طرق وبنية تحتية متطورة لأراضي المواطنين في مناطق مختلفة، حيث تغطي المشاريع الجديدة 10 مناطق تتوزع على شمال وجنوب وغرب البلاد منها العب والعبيب، وجريان نجيمة، وجنوب الدحيل وأم لخبا، والمعراض، وجنوب المشاف وغيرها.
وأشار المهندس سعود التميمي، مدير إدارة مشروعات الطرق في “أشغال”، خلال اللقاء إلى أن هيئة الأشغال العامة تعمل حاليّاً على استكمال أعمال 22 مشروع بنية تحتية لأراضي المواطنين قيد التنفيذ بتكلفة إجمالية تبلغ 9 مليار و550 مليون ريال قطري، وذلك لخدمة 11 منطقة كالفروش والخريطيات وروضة إقديم وإزغوى وجنوب الوكير والشمال والمعراض وجنوب غرب معيذر وجنوب المشاف والعب والعبيب وغيرها، حيث تغطي هذه المشاريع قرابة 20,728 قسيمة سكنية.
وخلال اللقاء الصحفي، قدّمت المهندسة نور أشكناني، من إدارة مشروعات الطرق في “أشغال” عرضاً مختصراً حول مشاريع البنية التحتية لأراضي المواطنين التي يجري تنفيذها حاليّاً، والتي ستوفر أكثر من 1,543 كيلومتر من الطرق و410 كيلومتر من مسارات المشاة والدراجات الهوائية، بالإضافة إلى تنفيذ أعمال تطوير البنية التحتية من شبكات للصرف الصحي وصرف المياه السطحية والجوفية والمياه المعالجة بإجمالي طول 1,180 كيلومتر. كما قدمت المهندسة نور أشكناني شرحاً حول المشاريع الجديدة التي تم توقيعها اليوم.
هذا وقام سعادة الدكتور المهندس سعد بن أحمد المهندي، رئيس هيئة الأشغال العامة، بتوقيع العقود الجديدة لمشاريع تطوير الطرق والبنية التحتية لأراضي المواطنين مع ممثلي الشركات المنفذة بتكلفة إجمالية تقدر بحوالي 4 مليار ريال قطري.
العقود الجديدة
من المقرر أن يبدأ تنفيذ المشاريع العشرة التي تم توقيع عقودها خلال الربع الأول من عام 2020، وستوفر عند اكتمالها طرق وبنية تحتية متطورة بما يشمل توفير إجمالي 223 كيلومتر من الطرق، و325 كيلومتر من مسارات المشاة والدراجات الهوائية، وأكثر من 20 ألف موقف للسيارات، وحوالي 192 كيلومتر من شبكات للصرف الصحي، و305 كيلومتر من شبكات صرف مياه الأمطار والمياه الجوفية، و142 كيلومتر من شبكات للمياه المعالجة.
العقد الأول: مشروع الطرق والبنية التحتية في جنوب الدحيل وأم لخبا – الحزمة الأولى
تمت ترسيته على ائتلاف شركتي “بتروسيرف” و “رودبريدج” بقيمة 422 مليون ريال قطري. يخدم المشروع 862 قسيمة سكنية من خلال تنفيذ أعمال طرق بطول حوالي 14 كيلومتر وإنشاء 44 كيلومتر من مسارات المشاة والدراجات الهوائية وأكثر من 2600 موقف للسيارات، إلى جانب تطوير البنية التحتية من شبكات صرف للمياه السطحية والجوفية وشبكات صرف صحي وشبكة للمياه المعالجة.
العقد الثاني: مشروع الطرق والبنية التحتية في جريان نجيمة
تمت ترسيته على ائتلاف شركتي “بتروسيرف” و “رودبريدج” بقيمة 352 مليون ريال قطري، لخدمة 625 قسيمة سكنية. يشمل المشروع أعمال طرق بطول أكثر من 15 كيلومتر، وتوفير مسارات للمشاة والدراجات الهوائية بطول حوالي 46 كيلومتر وأكثر من 3000 موقف للسيارات، بالإضافة إلى توفير شبكات لصرف المياه السطحية والجوفية وشبكات للصرف الصحي وشبكة للمياه المعالجة.
العقد الثالث: مشروع الطرق والبنية التحتية جنوب المشاف – الحزمة السابعة
تمت ترسيته على ائتلاف شركتي “بتروسيرف” و “رودبريدج” بقيمة 422 مليون ريال قطري. يخدم المشروع 1,394 قسيمة لأراضي المواطنين، ويشمل إنشاء وتطوير حوالي 20 كيلومتر من الطرق، 57 كيلومتر من مسارات المشاة والدراجات الهوائية، بالإضافة إلى توفير شبكات لصرف المياه السطحية والجوفية وشبكات للصرف الصحي وشبكة للمياه المعالجة.
العقد الرابع: مشروع الطرق والبنية التحتية في المعراض وجنوب غرب المعيذر – الحزمة الثالثة
تمت ترسيته على ائتلاف شركتي “بتروسيرف” و “رودبريدج” بقيمة 257 مليون ريال قطري. يخدم المشروع 466 قسيمة من خلال تنفيذ أعمال طرق بطول 16 كيلومتر وحوالي 6 كيلومتر من مسارات المشاة والدراجات الهوائية وأكثر من 2500 موقف للسيارات، إلى جانب تطوير البنية التحتية من شبكات صرف للمياه السطحية والجوفية وشبكة صرف صحي وشبكة للمياه المعالجة.
العقد الخامس: مشروع الطرق والبنية التحتية في العب ولعبيب – الحزمة الرابعة
تمت ترسيته على شركة “كيو بي إس كونستركشن” بقيمة 587 مليون ريال قطري. يخدم المشروع 1,097 قسيمة لأراضي المواطنين، ويشمل إنشاء وتطوير 26 كيلومتر من الطرق، و67 كيلومتر من مسارات المشاة والدراجات الهوائية وأكثر من 4000 موقف للسيارات، بالإضافة إلى توفير شبكات لصرف المياه السطحية والجوفية وشبكات للصرف الصحي وشبكة للمياه المعالجة.
العقد السادس: مشروع الطرق والبنية التحتية شمال مركز قطر للتسوق وطريق الاحتفالات – الحزمة الثانية
تمت ترسيته على شركة ” كيو بي إس كونستركشن” بقيمة 259 مليون ريال قطري. يخدم المشروع 851 قسيمة لأراضي المواطنين، ويشمل إنشاء وتطوير حوالي 16 كيلومتر من الطرق، و3 كيلومتر من مسارات المشاة والدراجات الهوائية، بالإضافة إلى توفير شبكة للصرف الصحي وشبكة للمياه المعالجة.
العقد السابع: مشروع الطرق والبنية التحتية في المعراض وجنوب غرب المعيذر – الحزمة السادسة
تمت ترسيته على ائتلاف شركتي “أورباكون” و “إنفرارود للتجارة والمقاولات” بقيمة 498 مليون ريال قطري. يخدم المشروع 853 قسيمة لأراضي المواطنين، ويشمل إنشاء وتطوير حوالي 30 كيلومتر من الطرق و5 كيلومتر من مسارات المشاة والدراجات الهوائية، وأكثر من 3430 موقف للسيارات. كما يشمل المشروع تنفيذ شبكة للصرف الصحي وشبكات لصرف المياه السطحية والجوفية شبكة للمياه المعالجة.
العقد الثامن: مشروع الطرق والبنية التحتية في الخريطيات وإزغوى – الحزمة الثانية
تمت ترسيته على ائتلاف شركتي “أورباكون” و “إنفرارود للتجارة والمقاولات” بقيمة 499 مليون ريال قطري، وذلك لخدمة 1,492 قسيمة. يشمل المشروع أعمال طرق بطول أكثر من 39 كيلومتر، وتوفير مسارات للمشاة والدراجات الهوائية بطول 91 كيلومتر و5340 موقف للسيارات، بالإضافة إلى توفير شبكات لصرف المياه السطحية والجوفية وشبكة للمياه المعالجة.
العقد التاسع: مشروع تطوير الطرق والبنية التحتية غرب سميسمة – الحزمة الأولى
تمت ترسيته على شركة “ايريس للتجارة والمقاولات” بقيمة 305 مليون ريال قطري. يخدم المشروع 377 قسيمة لأراضي المواطنين، ويشمل إنشاء وتطوير حوالي 10 كيلومتر من الطرق و5 كيلومتر من مسارات المشاة والدراجات الهوائية، بالإضافة إلى توفير شبكات لصرف المياه السطحية والجوفية وشبكات للصرف الصحي وشبكة للمياه المعالجة.

تمت ترسيته على شركة “هندسة الدرويش” بقيمة 303 مليون ريال قطري. يخدم المشروع 399 قسيمة لأراضي المواطنين، ويشمل إنشاء وتطوير 37 كيلومتر من الطرق، وتوفير شبكات لصرف المياه السطحية والجوفية وشبكة للصرف الصحي وشبكة للمياه المعالجة.
