Ooredoo announces launch of Karwa SmartCard top-up via Ooredoo Money

Ooredoo yesterday announced its customers can now top up their Karwa SmartCards via the popular Ooredoo Money service, offering them a quick, easy and efficient way to top up the cards. The partnership was celebrated with a launch ceremony attended by several senior officials from both Ooredoo and Mowasalat.
Karwa SmartCards can be used for Mowasalat public transport services as a convenient way to pay, and customers can now add anything from QR5 to QR500 to their SmartCard via Ooredoo Money.
To top-up a Karwa SmartCard via Ooredoo Money, customers can either use the Ooredoo Money app or the USSD menu by dialling *140#. Any valid Karwa SmartCard can be top-up, and customers will simply need to enter the first 10 digits of the SmartCard number to top-up.
Manar Khalifa Al Muraikhi, Director PR and Corporate Communications at Ooredoo, said of the new service: “We recognise our customers want quick, easy solutions for various everyday activities including recharges and transfers that could otherwise take time out of their day. Ooredoo Money offers exactly what they need; quick, easy and convenient ways to take care of such activities, and the addition of the new Karwa SmartCard top-up service is a prime example of our commitment to enhancing our customers’ digital lives.”

أعلنت Ooredoo أن بإمكان عملائها الآن تعبئة رصيد بطاقة كروة الذكية مباشرة ورقمياً من محفظة الجوال التابعة لخدمات Ooredoo المالية، التي تتميز بالسرعة والسهولة والأمان، ما يعني عدم الحاجة لزيارة المراكز المخصصة لذلك. وجاء الإعلان عن هذه الخدمة الجديدة خلال حفل خاص أقيم بحضور كبار المسؤولين من شركتي Ooredoo ومواصلات.
وتعتبر بطاقات كروة الذكية طريقة سهلة للدفع عند استخدام خدمات حافلات النقل العام لشركة مواصلات (كروة)، ويمكن للعملاء الآن تعبئتها عبر خدمات Ooredoo المالية مباشرة وبكل سهولة أيضاً، وبرصيد يتراوح بين 5 ر.ق و 500 ر.ق.
ويمكن تعبئة رصيد بطاقة كروة الذكية عبر خدمات Ooredoo المالية بالدخول إلى تطبيق خدمات Ooredoo المالية أو عبر قائمة الخدمات USSD بطلب الرقم *140#. ويمكن بهذه الطريقة تعبئة أي بطاقة كروة سارية المفعول، وكل ما على العملاء فعله هو إدخال أول 10 أرقام من رقم البطاقة الذكية لإعادة التعبئة.
وعن هذه الإضافة الجديدة، قالت منار خليفة المريخي، مديرة إدارة العلاقات العامة واتصالات الشركة في Ooredoo: “ندرك رغبة عملائنا بالحصول على طرق سهلة وسريعة لتلبية احتياجاتهم اليومية مثل تعبئة الرصيد وتحويل الأموال دون الحاجة لبذل وقت أو جهد إضافيين. وتتميز خدمات Ooredoo المالية بتوفير مثل تلك الطرق السريعة والسهلة لتلبية احتياجات عملائنا في أي وقت ومكان. كما تبرهن إضافة إمكانية تعبئة بطاقات كروه الذكية على التزامنا المستمر بإثراء الحياة الرقمية لعملائنا”.

هذا، ويمكن التسجيل بخدمات Ooredoo المالية عبر الموقع الإلكتروني للشركة أو تطبيق خدمات Ooredoo المالية (يمكن تنزيله من متجر تطبيقات App Store أو Google Play) أو عبر مراكز Ooredoo أو ستارلينك.
