QNB unveils new website

QNB Group has launched its “new website with interactive design and comprehensive features”, allowing users easy access to the core information of the website while reflecting the Group’s vision and diverse banking services.

The website offers the bank’s Internet Banking services, the most comprehensive e-banking services in the region, allowing customers to securely manage their accounts and transactions, as well as saving time and effort.

The web pages of the Group’s international network have also been enhanced, making them easy to navigate to learn about the latest news and banking services provided globally.

The website also offers a variety of information including the Bank’s press releases, financial information, stocks, corporate governance reports, and more.

The modern design and advanced features of the new website reflect the Group’s keenness to provide fast and innovative banking services to its customers, as the design was developed to make it compatible with all types of electronic devices.

A broad database has been added to the website, allowing users to reach the required information more easily, including permanent updates to new branch and ATM locations.

QNB’s new website will continuously inform customers about the latest banking products, activities, weekly economic reports, and multimedia elements to be more responsive to the needs of various users, creating an innovative digital platform based on diversity and excellence.

QNB Group, which is the largest financial institution in the Middle East and Africa, has presence through its subsidiaries and associate companies and extends to some 31 countries across three continents providing a comprehensive range of advanced products and services.

The total number of employees is more than 30,000 operating through 1,100 locations, with an ATM network of more than 4,400 machines.

أعلنت مجموعة «QNB» -أكبر مؤسسة مالية في الشرق الأوسط وإفريقيا- عن إطلاق موقعها الإلكتروني بحلته الجديدة وبتصميم تفاعلي وميزات شاملة، حيث أُعيد تصميمه ليسهل الوصول إلى المعلومات الأساسية لمتصفحي الموقع؛ ليعكس بشكل أكثر وضوحاً رؤية المجموعة والمزايا المتوافرة للعملاء والخدمات المصرفية المتنوعة.

ويقدّم الموقع خدمات البنك المصرفية عبر الإنترنت، أكثر الخدمات المصرفية الإلكترونية شمولاً في المنطقة؛ مما يتيح للعملاء إدارة حساباتهم ومعاملاتهم المصرفية بشكل آمن، موفّراً بذلك الوقت والجهد.

كما تم تطوير صفحات الموقع الخاصة بشبكة المجموعة الدولية؛ مما يتيح التنقل عبر هذه الصفحات بسهولة للتعرف على آخر الأخبار والمعلومات والخدمات المقدمة عالمياً.

ويقدّم الموقع أيضاً عديداً من المعلومات، منها البيانات الصحافية الخاصة بأحدث أخبار البنك، والمعلومات المالية، والأسهم، وتقارير حوكمة الشركات، وغيرها.

وقد جاء تصميم الموقع الجديد بمواصفات حديثة ومنافسة عالمياً؛ انطلاقاً من توجّه المجموعة نحو تقديم خدمات مصرفية سريعة ومبتكرة لعملائها، حيث تم تطوير التصميم ليتناسب مع أنواع الأجهزة الإلكترونية كافة.

ويعكس التصميم الجديد حرص المجموعة على تقديم قاعدة معلومات واسعة تم إضافتها لمتصفحي الموقع للوصول إلى المعلومات المطلوبة بشكل أكثر سهولة، والتي تتضمن التحديثات الدائمة لمواقع الفروع الجديدة وأجهزة الصراف الآلي وغيرها.

وسيعمل الموقع الإلكتروني الجديد لـ «QNB» بشكل مستمر على تعريف العملاء بآخر المنتجات، ونشاطات البنك، والتقارير الاقتصادية الأسبوعية، والصور، ليصبح أكثر استجابة لاحتياجات المتصفحين بمختلف فئاتهم، مشكّلاً بذلك منصة رقمية مبتكرة قائمة على التنوّع والتميّز.

ويمتد حضور مجموعة «QNB» من خلال الشركات التابعة والشركات المنتسبة إلى أكثر من 31 دولة في 3 قارات تقدّم مجموعة شاملة من المنتجات والخدمات المتقدمة. ويبلغ العدد الإجمالي للموظفين أكثر من 30.000 يعملون من خلال 1100 موقع، مع شبكة أجهزة الصراف الآلي التي تضم أكثر من 4400 جهاز.
