Top honour for Qatar Youth Hostels
«بيوت الشباب» تنال التصنيف الفضي للاتحاد الدولي
Qatar Youth Hostels obtained the silver rating of International Youth Hostel Federation for the first time in its history.
This came after the periodic evaluation by the International Youth Hostel Federation which is rating different youth hostels members in the Federation, representing 64 countries.
The classification is based on the objectives achieved in the strategic plan for youth hostels 2018-2021, which was approved at the 52nd International Conference of the Federation in Iceland.
Qatar Youth Hostels are among the few hostels that have achieved this category, scoring 9 points out of a total of 16 points in record time.
Qatar Youth Hostels are implementing various programs and events in line with the plans of the International Federation and the vision of the Ministry of Culture and Sports.
نجحت بيوت الشباب القطرية في الحصول على التصنيف الفضي للاتحاد الدولي لبيوت الشباب، لأول مرة في تاريخها. ويأتي ذلك بعد التقييم الدوري الذي قام به الاتحاد الدولي لتصنيف مختلف بيوت الشباب الأعضاء بالاتحاد، التي تمثّل 64 دولة.
ويأتي التصنيف بناء على ما تحققه هذه البيوت من أهداف مشتركة ضمن الخطة الاستراتيجية لبيوت الشباب 2018-2021، التي تم المصادقة عليها في المؤتمر الدولي الثاني والخمسين للاتحاد بأيسلندا.
وتُعدّ بيوت الشباب القطرية من القلائل التي نالت هذا التصنيف، حيث تمكنت من تحقيق 9 نقاط من مجموع 16 نقطة في وقت قياسي بتظافر جهود فريق العمل وأعضاء المجلس التنفيذي، وتسعى حالياً الإدارة إلى العمل لتحقيق باقي النقاط خلال الفترة المقبلة.
وتعمل بيوت الشباب القطرية على تنفيذ برامج وفعاليات متنوعة تتوافق مع خطط الاتحاد الدولي ورؤية وزارة الثقافة والرياضة.
