700 tons of unknown waste was removed

The Department of Public Hygiene at the Ministry of Municipality and Environment has removed 700 tons of unknown waste that were disposed of in an irresponsible manner in the Wadi Al Banat area of the Municipality of Al-Zaa’een.

The removal of waste was carried out through 28 shifts, and in 4 stages, from 23-25 July.

The Public Hygiene Department called on the public to maintain hygiene and to report any violations of the Public Health Law No. (18) of 2017 through the website, the application of the municipality and the environment (Aoun) or the call centre number (184).

قامت إدارة النظافة العامة بوزارة البلدية والبيئة بإزالة 700 طن من المخلفات مجهولة المصدر تم التخلص منها بطرق غير مسؤولة بمنطقة وادي البنات، التابعة لبلدية الظعاين.

وجرى رفع وإزالة المخلفات عبر 28 نقلة، وعلى 4 مراحل، خلال الفترة من 23-25 يوليو الحالي.

وأهابت إدارة النظافة العامة بالجمهور، ضرورة الحفاظ على النظافة العامة، والإبلاغ عن أية مخالفات للقانون رقم (18) لسنة 2017 بشأن النظافة العامة، من خلال الموقع الإلكتروني، أو تطبيق البلدية والبيئة (عون) أو رقم مركز الاتصال (184).
