السفير الروسي: بلادي شريك موثوق للدوحة
Doha: Russian Ambassador to Qatar Nurmakhamad Kholov confirmed Sunday that his country is a trusted partner to Qatar, both in terms of bilateral and international cooperation. He added that the relations are witnessing a significant and increasing development in all political, economic, trade, humanitarian and scientific fields.
Commenting on the visit of the Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to Russia to Qatar News Agency (QNA), the ambassador said that bilateral cooperation has improved dramatically and now both parties are keen to elevate their partnership even more in all levels.
He added that there is a close interaction between the organizing committees Russia-2018 and Qatar-2022 World Cups.
“We are pleased with the fruitful cooperation with our Qatari partners through national football unions, sharing our experience in the field of ensuring the safety of sport events, as well as in the training of athletes and the development of sport medicine,” the ambassador said.
HE said there is constant communication between the leaders of both states and foreign and defense ministries, as well as the work of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation. This reflects the progress in various fields adding, the standing partnership between both parties are on the right track, the ambassador added.
He said the Emir’s visit to Russia in 2018, and the meeting held with HE President of Russia Vladimir Putin, gave a strong push to the development of bilateral relations and created regular communication between Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister H E Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. This communication is held to coordinate on regional issues and to achieve peace and stability in the world, which reflects the compatibility of visions and the exchange views on regional and international issues of common concern.
The ambassador highlighted that both countries have increased visits, where the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs H E Dr Khalid bin Mohammed Al Attiyah visited Russia, in response to an invitation from the Russian counterpart. In addition to Qatar’s participation in military-technical exhibition ‘Army’, which took place in October 2017. Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoygu also held an official visit to Qatar, during which an agreement on military-technical cooperation was signed.
The year 2018 is the Year of Culture between Russia and Qatar, which will provide an opportunity to not only intensify humanitarian cooperation, but will also increase the flow of tourists to both countries, strengthening economic ties, and opening new opportunities for cooperation in new directions. He praised Qatar’s experience in organizing the years of culture which adds to the success of this event and its distinction so far.
أكد سعادة السيد نور محمد خولوف، سفير جمهورية روسيا الاتحادية لدى دولة قطر أن بلاده شريك موثوق للدوحة سواء على صعيد التعاون الثنائي أو التعاون الدولي وأن العلاقات بين البلدين تشهد تطورا ملحوظا ومتسارعا في جميع المجالات السياسية والاقتصادية التجارية وصولا إلى النواحي الإنسانية والعلمية.
وقال سعادته في تصريح خاص لوكالة الأنباء القطرية “قنا” بمناسبة زيارة حضرة صاحب السمو الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني أمير البلاد المفدى الحالية إلى روسيا إن السنوات الأخيرة شهدت ارتقاء كبيرا في مستوى العلاقات الثنائية ونقلة نوعية في مجالات التعاون، مؤكدا حرص الطرفين على الانتقال بهذه الشراكة إلى آفاق أرحب على المستويات كافة.
وأوضح سعادة السفير الروسي أن هناك تفاعلا وثيقا بين اللجان المنظمة لمونديال “روسيا -2018” ونظيرتها القطرية الخاصة ببطولة كأس العالم لكرة القدم “قطر -2022″، وتعاونا مثمرا بين اتحادي الكرة في البلدين، وتبادلا للخبرات والأفكار في مجالات ضمان سلامة الأحداث الرياضية، وتدريب وتأهيل الرياضيين وتطوير الطب الرياضي وغيرها من المجالات ذات العلاقة.
وأضاف أن هناك اتصالات مستمرة لقادة البلدين، ووزراء الخارجية والدفاع، وكذلك عمل اللجنة الحكومية المشتركة للتعاون التجاري والاقتصادي والعلمي والتقني بما يعكس تطور العلاقات في مختلف المجالات وأن الشراكة القائمة بين الجانبين تسير في الاتجاه المخطط لها.
وأشار سعادة السيد نور محمد خولوف إلى أن زيارة حضرة صاحب السمو الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني أمير البلاد المفدى إلى روسيا عام 2016 ولقاءه فخامة الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين، أعطت دفعة قوية لتطوير العلاقات الثنائية وأوجدت تواصلا منتظما بين سعادة الشيخ محمد بن عبدالرحمن آل ثاني نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الخارجية، وسعادة السيد سيرجي لافروف وزير الخارجية الروسي، للتنسيق في القضايا الإقليمية وتحقيق السلام والاستقرار في العالم وبما يعكس الاتفاق في الرؤية وتبادل وجهات النظر حول القضايا الإقليمية والدولية ذات الاهتمام المشترك.
ولفت إلى أن المسؤولين في البلدين يكثفون اللقاءات المتبادلة منها الزيارتان اللتان قام بهما سعادة الدكتور خالد بن محمد العطية نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الدولة لشؤون الدفاع إلى روسيا بدعوة من نظيره الروسي، إضافة إلى مشاركة دولة قطر في المعرض العسكري التقني “الجيش” الذي أقيم في روسيا أكتوبر الماضي، وكذلك زيارة وزير الدفاع الروسي سيرجي شويغو الرسمية لقطر والتي أسفرت عن توقيع اتفاقية للتعاون العسكري التقني.
وبين السفير الروسي أن العام الجاري يشهد حدثا رمزيا مهما وهو عام الثقافة بين روسيا وقطر وهو الأول في تاريخ العلاقات بين البلدين، والذي يوفر فرصة كبرى لتكثيف التعاون الإنساني، وزيادة التدفق السياحي بين البلدين الصديقين، بما يعزز الروابط الاقتصادية، ويفتح فرصا جديدة للتعاون في مجالات أكثر تنوعا، مشيدا بتجربة دولة قطر في تنظيم الأعوام الثقافية، وخبرتها في هذا المجال وبما يصب في نجاح هذا الحدث وتميزه حتى الآن .
