Doha Metro to halt services for five days prior to Eid al-Fitr
مترو الدوحة يوقف الخدمات لمدة خمسة أيام قبل عيد الفطر
Doha Metro has announced that it’s halting services for five days prior to Eid al-Fitr while extending working hours during the Eid al-Fitr day.
“Metro and Metrolink services will not operate from 30 May until the 04 June as we undertake network expansion testing,” it announced.
“We are pleased to inform you that our opening hours will be extended during Eid al-Fitr from 06:00hrs on 04 June,” it added.
Doha Metro also thanked commuters for “supporting our Red Line preview service.”
“Network expansion testing will allow us to extend our services, introduce new lines and open more stations on the Red Line including Hamad Intl Airport, Katara, Qatar University and Lusail in the near future,” it said.
أعلن مترو الدوحة أنه توقف الخدمات لمدة خمسة أيام قبل عيد الفطر مع تمديد ساعات العمل خلال يوم عيد الفطر.
“لن يتم تشغيل خدمات المترو و Metrolink من 30 مايو حتى 04 يونيو حيث نجري اختبار توسيع الشبكة”.
“يسرنا أن أبلغكم أنه سيتم تمديد ساعات عملنا خلال عيد الفطر من الساعة 06:00 صباحًا في 4 يونيو” ، أضافت الشركة.
وشكر مترو الدوحة أيضًا الركاب على “دعمهم لخدمة معاينة الخط الأحمر”.
وقال “إن اختبار توسيع الشبكة سيسمح لنا بتوسيع خدماتنا وإدخال خطوط جديدة وفتح المزيد من المحطات على الخط الأحمر بما في ذلك مطار حمد الدولي وكتارا وجامعة قطر ولوسيل في المستقبل القريب”.
