Amir meets Speaker of Kuwait
صاحب السمو يستعرض مع رئيس «الأمة الكويتي» العلاقات الأخوية بين البلدين

Assembly His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani met the Speaker of the Kuwaiti National Assembly Marzouq Ali al-Ghanim and accompanying delegation, on Sunday at his office at the Amiri Diwan, on the sidelines of the 140th General Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) in Doha.
During the meeting, the Speaker of the Kuwaiti National Assembly conveyed the greetings of the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah to the Amir and his wishes for health and happiness and progress and prosperity for the Qatari people.
The Amir conveyed his greetings to the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah, wishing him health and wellness and the Kuwaiti people further progress and prosperity.
During the meeting, they reviewed the relations between Qatar and Kuwait, especially in the legislative and parliamentary fields.
استقبل حضرة صاحب السمو الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني أمير البلاد المفدى، في مكتبه بالديوان الأميري صباح أمس، سعادة السيد مرزوق بن علي الغانم رئيس مجلس الأمة بدولة الكويت الشقيقة والوفد المرافق، وذلك على هامش انعقاد اجتماعات الجمعية العامة الـ 140 للاتحاد البرلماني الدولي بالدوحة. وفي بداية المقابلة، نقل رئيس مجلس الأمة الكويتي تحيات صاحب السمو الشيخ صباح الأحمد الجابر الصباح أمير دولة الكويت الشقيقة، إلى أخيه سمو أمير البلاد المفدى، وتمنياته لسموه وافر الصحة والسعادة وللشعب القطري دوام التقدم والازدهار. ومن جانبه، حمل سمو الأمير المفدى، سعادة رئيس مجلس الأمة، تحياته لأخيه سمو الشيخ صباح الأحمد الجابر الصباح، وتمنياته له بموفور الصحة والعافية، وللشعب الكويتي الشقيق المزيد من التقدم والرخاء. جرى خلال المقابلة استعراض العلاقات الأخوية الوطيدة بين قطر والكويت، لا سيما في المجالات التشريعية والبرلمانية.
