Temporary Diversion on Khalifa Avenue
تحويل مروري مؤقت على طريق خليفة أفنيو
The Public Works Authority ‘Ashghal’ announces a temporary diversion of 3.1 km on Khalifa Avenue (between Gharrafat Al Rayyan Interchange and Al Wajba Palace Interchange), starting from Friday 15 March until 31 March 2019, to enable the works of the final layer of Asphalt.
During this traffic change which is in coordination with the General Directorate of Traffic, traffic coming from Doha towards Dukhan will be diverted to the eastbound carriageway, while the number of lanes will be reduced from four to two lanes in each direction. As shown on the attached map, road users will have to follow the below directions according to their destinations:
From Doha to Bani Hajer Traffic heading from Doha towards Bani Hajer through Khalifa Avenue will have to use the Service Road exit before reaching Gharrafat Al Rayyan Interchange, and then make right-turn at Bani Hajer Interchange
From Doha to Al Rayyan
Traffic heading from Doha towards Al Rayyan through Khalifa Avenue, will have to use the Service Road exit before reaching Gharrafat Al Rayyan Interchange, and use Bani Hajer Intrchange bridge towards Al Rayyan
From Bani Hajer to Dukhan
Road users heading from Bani Hajer towards Dukhan through Al Shahama Street, will have to use Bani Hajer underpass towards Al Shafi Intersection at Al Rayyan Road and make a U-turn, then use Bani Hajer underpass and bridge towards Khalifa Avenue and Dukhan
The Public Works Authority will install road signs advising motorists of the closure and requests all road users to abide by the 50 kph speed limit and follow road signs to ensure their safety.
تعلن هيئة الأشغال العامة “أشغال” عن تنفيذ تحويل مروري مؤقت على طريق خليفة أفنيو بطول ٣.١ كيلومتر (بين تقاطع غرافة الريان و تقاطع قصر الوجبة) ابتداءاً من يوم الجمعة الموافق 15 مارس حتى يوم 31 مارس 2019، بهدف استكمال تنفيذ أعمال طبقة الأسفلت النهائية.
وخلال فترة التغيير المروري والذي يأتي بالتنسيق مع الإدارة العامة للمرور ، سيتم تحويل الحركة المرورية القادمة من الدوحة باتجاه دخان إلى المسارات الشرقية مع خفض عدد المسارات من أربعة مسارات إلى مسارين في كل اتجاه ، كما يظهر بالخريطة المرفقة، كما سيتوجب على مستخدمي الطريق اتباع المسارات التالية وفقا لوجهتهم:
من الدوحة إلى بني هاجر
يتعين على القادمين من الدوحة في اتجاه بني هاجر عبر طريق خليفة أفنيو استخدام مخرج طريق الخدمات والذي يقع قبل تقاطع غرافة الريان والانعطاف يميناً للاتجاه إلى بني هاجر
من الدوحة إلى الريان
يتعين على القادمين من الدوحة في اتجاه الريان عبر طريق خليفة أفنيو استخدام مخرج طريق الخدمات والذي يقع قبل تقاطع غرافة الريان واستخدام جسر تقاطع بني هاجر للاتجاه إلى الريان
من بني هاجر إلى دخان
يتعين على القادمين من بني هاجر عبر شارع الشهامة في اتجاه دخان ، استخدام نفق بني هاجر وصولاً لتقاطع آل شافي بطريق الريان ، ثم الدوران إلى الخلف واستخدام نفق وجسر تقاطع بني هاجر وصولاً لطريق خليفة أفنيو وطريق دخان
ستقوم هيئة الأشغال العامة “أشغال” بتركيب اللوحات الإرشادية لتنبيه مستخدمي الطريق بهذا التحويل المؤقت ، وتهيب بجميع مستخدمي الطريق الالتزام بحدود السرعة المسموحة عند ٥۰ كيلومتر في الساعة واتباع اللوحات الإرشادية حفاظاً على سلامتهم.
