Doha’s Old Port Unveils New Beachfront Destination

Doha: According to Al-Raya newspaper, the authority responsible for the old Doha port is planning to open a beach on the western waterfront of the port. The location of the new beach has been marked with a signboard, making it the latest tourist destination in the country. It will cater to all the needs of tourists, offering hotels, hotel apartments, hundreds of shops, cafes, restaurants, and various recreational services. The site includes an 8 km long promenade and a bike path, as well as a park and a fish market for selling fresh seafood.

الدوحة: تعتزم جهة المسؤولة عن ميناء الدوحة القديم افتتاح شاطئ على الواجهة الغربية للميناء، حسبما ذكرته جريدة الراية. وقد تم رصد اللوحة التوضيحية التي تُظهِر موقع الشاطئ الجديد، مما يجعله أحدث موقع سياحي في البلاد. ويتوفر في هذا الموقع كافة احتياجات السياح مع وجود فنادق وشقق فندقية ومئات المحلات التجارية والمقاهي والمطاعم والخِدمات الترفيهية، بالإضافة إلى ممشى ومسار للدراجات الهوائية بطول 8 كم وحديقة وسوق لبيع الأسماك.
