Minister of Culture and Sports honours Qatari inventors
وزير الثقافة والرياضة يكرم المخترعين القطريين المشاركين في المعرض الدولي للاختراعات في الشرق الأوسط
The Minister of Culture and Sports, H E Salah bin Ghanem Al Ali, honoured yesterday the Qatari inventors who participated in the 11th International Invention Exhibition in the Middle East, recently held in Kuwait.
The Qatari inventors were honoured for their generosity and their honourable representation of the State of Qatar during the International Exhibition, having won 14 medals in a strong competition, including eight gold medals, three of which were awarded to Major Ali Hassan Al Rashed of four inventions presented to the exhibition.
Two inventions were awarded the prize of H H the Amir of the State of Kuwait, while five gold medals were awarded to each of the inventors: Mohammed Ahmed Lari, Saleh Saeed Safran, Jaber Al Mutlaq, Salim Abdullah Al Shahwani and Hanan Khamis Al Shammari. The Qatari innovators also received four silver medals for each of the innovators: Afra Al-Kaabi, Major Ali Hassan Al Rashed, Jaber Al Sulaiti and Salem Abdullah Al Shahwani, while the two inventors Sheikh Ali bin Salman Al Thani and Mahmoud Sawalha were awarded bronze medals.
كرم سعادة السيد صلاح بن غانم العلي وزير الثقافة والرياضة المخترعين القطريين الذين شاركوا في المعرض الدولي الحادي عشر للاختراعات في الشرق الأوسط، والذي أقيم بدولة الكويت الشقيقة مؤخرا، خلال لقائهم مساء اليوم.
وتم تكريم المخترعين القطريين لجدارتهم وتمثيلهم المشرف لدولة قطر خلال المعرض الدولي، بعدما حصدوا 14 ميدالية وسط منافسة قوية ومن بينها 8 ميداليات ذهبية، ثلاث منها كانت من نصيب الرائد المهندس علي حسن الراشد من مجمل أربعة اختراعات قدمها للمعرض، كما توج منها اختراعان مناصفة بالجائزة الكبرى للمعرض من سمو أمير دولة الكويت، بينما ذهبت خمس ميداليات ذهبية لكل من المخترعين: محمد أحمد لاري، وصالح سعيد سفران ، وجابر المطلق ، وسالم عبدالله الشهواني، وحنان خميس الشمري.
كما حصل المبتكرون القطريون على 4 ميداليات فضية لكل من المبتكرين: عفراء سريع الكعبي والرائد المهندس علي حسن الراشد وجابر محمد السليطي وسالم عبدالله الشهواني، فيما كانت البرونزيتان من نصيب المخترعين الشيخ علي بن سلمان آل ثاني ومحمود صوالحة.
