Steps for applying and obtaining a Hayya card inside or outside Qatar

Doha: Mr. Saeed Ali Al Kuwari, Executive Director of the Hayya Digital Platform at the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy, confirmed that the platform’s support team is very large, with more than 80 people.

Regarding the period required to accept the Hayya card application, Al-Kuwari explained that with regard to international applications for people outside the State of Qatar, the approval period for the application is 5 days.

With regard to requests inside Qatar, Al-Kuwari indicated that requests take no more than 3 days, and if the period exceeds that, this means that there is a mistake, therefore you should contact the support center to aid you to solve and process the request for approval.

The Executive Director of Hayya’s digital platform at the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy indicated that this period for approving Hayya card requests will be reduced during the tournament time, and approvals will be quick.

الدوحة: أكد السيد سعيد علي الكواري المدير التنفيذي لمنصة هيّا الرقمية في اللجنة العليا للمشاريع والإرث أن فريق الدعم الخاصة بالمنصة كبير جدا يتجاوز أكثر من 80 شخصا.

وحول المدة المطلوبة لقبول طلب بطاقة هيا أوضح الكواري أنه بما يخص الطلبات الدولية للأشخاص خارج دولة قطر فإن مدة الموافقة على الطلب هي 5 أيام واذا تجاوزت المدة ذلك يعني أن هناك خلل فيجب التواصل مع مركز الدعم لمعرفة الخلل وطريقة تعديل ومعالجة الطلب للموافقة عليه.

وبالنسبة للطلبات داخل قطر أشار الكواري ان الطلبات تأخذ 3 أيام في الحد الأقصى واذا تجاوزت المدة ذلك يعني أن هناك خلل فيجب التواصل مع مركز الدعم لمعرفة الخلل وطريقة تعديل ومعالجة الطلب للموافقة عليه.
