Family Court begins evening services

Doha: The Judiciary Supreme Council has launched the evening services of the Family Court throughout the week, from Sunday to Thursday, within the framework of the Council’s plan to improve performance, efforts time saving, and development of the judicial system in the country and the legal services provided by the concerned authorities to citizens.

The Court will receive public at its premises located at Al Sadd area from 1pm to 5pm. In conjunction with the launch of the service, an information and guidance office on the services of the Family Court will be opened to provide services such as multiple applications for registration, petitions, fund services and other information requests. The initiative is intended to facilitate access to court services, which are being implemented as part of the preliminary stage of court services development.

أطلق المجلس الأعلى للقضاء، خدمة العمل المسائي بمحكمة الأسرة على مدى أيام الأسبوع من الأحد إلى الخميس، وذلك في إطار خطة عمل المجلس لتحسين الأداء، وتوفير الوقت والجهد على المراجعين للمحاكم، وتطوير منظومة العمل القضائي في الدولة والخدمات القانونية التي تقدمها الجهات المعنية للمواطنين.

وسيكون استقبال الجمهور بالمحكمة لتقديم الخدمات المسائية بمقر المحكمة الكائن في السد من الساعة الواحدة ظهراً حتى الخامسة مساءً.

وبالتزامن مع إطلاق هذه الخدمة، سوف يتم افتتاح مكتب للاستعلامات والإرشاد حول خدمات محكمة الأسرة، وتوفيرها للمراجعين، ومنها الطلبات المتعددة للتسجيل، وطلبات الأمر على عرائض، بالإضافة إلى خدمات الصندوق، وغيرها من طلبات الاستعلامات الأخرى.

وخصص المجلس الأعلى للقضاء فريق عمل فني مساند بالمحكمة لخدمة الجمهور، وتسهيل إجراءات تقديم طلبات التسجيل على المراجعين، وتقديم المساعدة في الحالات التي تتطلب ذلك، لإنهاء إجراءات المراجعين بيسر وسهولة.

وتأتي هذه المبادرة لتسهيل الحصول على خدمات المحاكم، وهي خدمات تحسينية يتم تنفيذها ضمن المرحلة التمهيدية لتطوير خدمات المحاكم.;
