صباح يوم الأربعاء، اجتمع مجلس الوزراء في قطر في الديوان الأميري، برئاسة سعادة الشيخ محمد بن عبدالرحمن بن جاسم آل ثاني، رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الخارجية. وقد ناقش الاجتماع مواضيع مهمة تتنوع بين التعاون الدولي، والحفاظ على التراث الثقافي، والمساعدات الإنسانية.
١. إنشاء اللجنة الوطنية لذاكرة العالم:
- وافق مجلس الوزراء على مشروع قرار بإنشاء اللجنة الوطنية لذاكرة العالم، والتي ستتولى تنفيذ برنامج ذاكرة العالم الذي أطلقته منظمة الأمم المتحدة للتربية والعلم والثقافة “اليونسكو”، بهدف حماية وصون التراث الوثائقي العالمي.
٢. استضافة مؤتمر منظمة الطيران المدني الدولي (الإيكاو):
- حصلت قطر على موافقة مجلس الوزراء لاستضافة مؤتمر الإيكاو حول تسهيلات النقل الجوي في الدوحة خلال الربع الثاني من عام ٢٠٢٥، مما يؤكد التزامها بتعزيز معايير الطيران والتعاون.
